Enjoy the comfort of our fully-equipped carriage house (2nd story) private apartment with separate entrance in historic Speer neighborhood. Excellent walk-ability (5 minutes) to local bars, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. Free street parking. 1.5 miles from State Capitol , Denver Convention Center, Ball Arena, Denver Art Museum and the Denver Center for Performing Arts.

In the spirit of keeping travel affordable we have not raised our prices in over two years - even though our operating costs have increased. We’ll never ask you to strip beds, do the laundry, or take out the trash. We pay a generous living wage to our housekeepers and professionally clean the laundry. We only ask for the place to be put back in order like you found it.

Thirty minute drive from world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater! We host a lot of Red Rocks visitors.

Located in the heart of Denver, with accessibility to nearly everything. Bike/walk on the Cherry Creek path, just a couple blocks up the street. It's surrounded by so much activity but offers a quiet respite from the outside world. You'll love the clean, warm, contemporary style on the inside with blackout shades in the bedroom. A full kitchen with spices and basics, if you choose to cook. But why would you want to cook when you have sports bars, fine restaurants, Sushi bars, and breakfast cafes within a couple minutes walk? We'll supply you with coffee, tea and a few other niceties.!

If you are flying into Denver, it's an easy light rail ride to Denver's Union Station. You could take a short bus ride from Union Station down to our stop (Broadway and 1st Ave) and have a 10 minute walk to the Logan Street Urban Refuge. Depending on what you plan to do in Denver, it's highly possible you wouldn't need a car. Your hosts are respectful of your privacy but are available to help you navigate the city/state if you have questions, or to talk and enjoy meeting new people. My 2 friends and I had the best time at the Logan Refuge in Denver. It was very clean, the perfect space for 3 people and in walking distance to a countless amount of restaurants and shops. The shared courtyard with the bees was adorable. We will always stay there if returning to this area!

This place was PERFECT! We had everything we needed, and more. The owners of this darling place were so lovely, and accommodating. We had a great time in Denver and the Cottage was perfect for us! Parking worked out fine, having laundry and a full kitchen was spectacular! Cindy and her husband were wonderful host. Checked in a couple times to see that we had what we needed. Location was great, right down the street from where I daughter was moving to.Thank you so much! Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Cindy and Daniel are amazing hosts. The place was spotless. They provided many thoughtful items to make the stay extra special. Bathrobes and slippers. A well stocked kitchen with more than the basics: flour, sugar, multiple spices. Daniel is very knowledgeable about his bees and it was enjoyable learning from him.The place is walkable to several eating establishments. But it is located in a quiet neighborhood. And it has a very peaceful patio retreat for some downtime. We will definitely book another stay with them when we return to Denver.

The apt is exactly as advertised. Large kitchen, plenty of supplies, spices, coffee. We cooked a couple nights. The neighborhood is safe, w/several good restaurants you could walk to.The host couple was very accommodating and friendly. We didn't socialize much; spent 8 days with Jewish National Health. They gave us Botanical Garden tickets & we're very responsive.

Two nicer people as hosts you will not find. The apartment is exceptional. Location to Denver highlights, clean, safe, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of street parking, and much much more. The hosts have been great. They helped me with my luggage the first night and have been available whenever I need them. I have everything I need here - I began to feel at home right away. It’s a very nice neighborhood and I feel very safe here due to the locked gate to get onto the property. It’s also centrally located and close to everywhere I need to be.
