The Space:
This modern three-bedroom townhome is the perfect home base for exploring both Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Located just minutes from I-70, it offers quick and easy access to downtown Denver, the foothills, and beyond. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a family vacation, or a longer stay, you'll feel right at home in this comfortable and stylish space.
Built in 2020, the home features a bright, open layout with thoughtful finishes throughout. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and private en suite bathroom. A second bedroom offers another queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full bedâideal for kids, friends, or solo travelers. The modern kitchen and spacious living area make it easy to relax, cook, or entertain.
One of the standout features is the rooftop deck with sweeping mountain viewsâthe perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. There's also a private back patio that opens directly to a neighborhood playground, offering a peaceful and family-friendly outdoor space.
Guests will have access to one parking spot in the driveway. You're also within walking distance to local restaurants, Regis University, and nearby green spaces. Whether you're heading into the city or planning mountain adventures, this location gives you the best of both worlds.
Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
