Adorable 3 bed 2 bath home near Old Town Arvada, minutes from Golden and Red Rocks! Short drive to Boulder, Downtown Denver, and many mountain towns, scenic drives near. Sleeps 6 comfortably with two queen beds and twin bunk beds. Board games and such. Family and dog friendly w/ fenced in backyard. Cable TV and WiFI. Stocked with kitchens supplies to cook meals. Basics like salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil and condiments. Child lock under sink w/cleaning supplies. Laundry on site.

The Space
Spacious house with a backyard space for pets. No in-person contact required, but we are happy to come introduce ourselves and the area if you'd like. Plenty of parking. Two driveway spots and parking along the street is ok.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The house fit our group nicely. A few things to consider- there were no extra blankets and the bunk beds had very thin blankets. The toilet in the downstairs has some issue with the water running constantly and an issue with the handle. The carpets are old and dirty and really need replaced. There were no wash cloths which was odd.

The VRBO that we stayed at was clean and the bedrooms were big and bright. If we ever come back to Arvada we’ll definitely stay here again.

Handy location for our itinerary

Excellent mid-city location. There were six of us, so the seating in the living room was a chair short for our crew. Everything was clean and A/C was fantastic! TV remote batteries needed to be replaced.

Excellent stay in Arvada

The property was clean and well kept. Communication was great! Nice outdoor space for our small dog. Location is close to I-70 so very easy to hop on the interstate and head to the mountains. Would recommend!

Nice enough, minimal amenities

Positives:- Location is a short drive to Old Town Arvada- Easy to communicate with Owner- Easy to check in- Had hairdryer, shampoo, conditionerOpportunities for Improvement:- Missing body wash- Cleaners missed old opened cat-food and dirty band-aid from previous occupants- Not a family friendly layout for toddlers unless you bring your own baby gates, baby silverwear, high chair, etc. so the "family friendly" filter did not seem accurate - Checked out early due to the space lacking what we had expected- We cleaned the place ourselves (stripped beds, took out trash, swept, did the dishes, etc.) and checked out 2 days early due to not wanting to stay anymore and VRBO still charged the cleaning fee, but the place was not cleaned for us when we arrived...Not a terrible place for younger adults without kids though!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked - one of the best we've stayed in. Location was great and nice park down the street to walk the dogs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Short stay in Arvada

The host was very communicative and friendly. Unfortunately, the house smelled like stale smoke and the floors appeared as though they had not been cleaned before our stay. We did not find the backyard to be a usable space except to let our dogs out. We appreciated the air conditioning, especially since it was very hot when we were visiting, but did not feel comfortable spending much time in the house during our three day stay.

Arvada stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Arvada house. The plan was to use this as a home base for multiple day trips around Denver and Colorado Springs - the location was great for that! The house was at the edge of a nice neighborhood and we were no more than a ten minute drive from most local needs. The one easy improvement needed is for the house to be set up with more amenities for a family that might want to cook and use the kitchen more. We found ourselves being creative with the pots and pans available and the number of dishes and cutlery available for a family of four.

Very cozy comfortable place.

Everything was great, clean,plenty of kitchen items, comfy beds, plenty of bedding and bathroom supplies. Nice coffee maker and coffee. Fenced in area was great for our dog. Only thing was that we couldn't get the burners on the stove to work.

A Pleasant Place

My family and I had a lovely time here! The host was responsive, the unit was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to both Denver and Golden. Will definitely book with this host again if we're ever back visiting!
