• We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
• Street parking available. We do our best to provide a parking pass for guests, but availability cannot be guaranteed if a previous guest has taken or misplaced it.
• Accessing the laundry area requires using steep stairs to the basement.
•Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
•Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
•Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery
•Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.

Awesome place to stay. Very quiet and a very comfortable house. Considerably better than a hotel room. Only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star is the severe lack of parking in a very homeless environment. Made the walk from the car parked blocks away very uncomfortable

What a perfect property!! I’m a stickler when it comes to hotels and rentals and this property was truly perfect. Had we not had other obligations, we would’ve requested an extension because we loved it so much. Neighborhood is walkable and friendly, place is clean with all necessities. Will be back!!
