Centrally located in Highlands/Jefferson Park, this 4-level townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Townhome features designer finishes including top of the line furniture, bedding, linens, 3 smart TV’s with Apple TV on each, Comcast high-speed Internet and Hunter Douglas electric blinds in main living area and master bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 6 people (3 couples). This townhome has it all-you will feel like you are staying at a 5-star hotel! Two king beds, and one queen murphy wall bed. Conveniently located for those coming to Denver for events, to explore the city or watch a Denver Broncos football game. Finished standard two-car garage parking with an epoxy floor, ping pong table and additional parking space behind the garage door on exterior of garage door.

Bedrooms: King size beds in both the master and guest bedrooms. Main floor entry bedroom (home & garage entrances) has a queen size Murphy Wall Bed. Note this bedroom is not fully private and open to the home’s stairs. Master bedroom has a LED 55” Smart TV with Apple TV. Main floor entry bedroom has a 34” mounted 4K LED Smart TV with Apple TV.

Living Room:
Large and open area with sectional couch, gas fireplace and LED 60” Smart TV with Apple and full integrated Harmony remote.

Great Location and wonderful home
We enjoyed our stay here. We travel quite a bit and will say this property had just about everything. Lots of towels and kitchen accessories . Especially appreciate the use of the garage for our stay.

This is one of the best stays my friends and I have ever had. Dave & Patrice thought of everything! The house was beautiful and very homey. Many nice touches that gave it a lot of character. It was very clean, had a lot of space. A lot of what we needed was already provided, besides us bringing our own food but we really didn't need much else. Location-wise, it was easy to get around Denver because it was pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. The instructions for check in as well as how to find or use things around the house were very detailed and thorough. I would highly recommend for your stay in Denver!

Fantastic Downtown Denver Home
We were a group of four - two adult couples celebrating a birthday. We couldn't have loved this place more. Great location, tons of amenities, comfortable beds... We utilized the garage, which was super convenient. The icing is the rooftop hot tub with fantastic view of the downtown area. The owner gave us his cell number and the property guide was thorough. Overall, 5 stars and would visit again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay! We had three mother and daughter duos for a concert at Empower and the location was perfect! We loved the roof top deck and the hot tub. The beds were super comfy and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Great views!
Excellent access to downtown and museums for the kids. The views were stunning. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and by the fire on the roof top deck. You can see the mountains from one side and downtown from the other. The restaurants in the neighborhood we great! The condo is conveniently located very close to a grocery store.
