We enjoyed our stay in this historic home just off Broadway with an authentic downtown neighborhood experience. Our visit with Judith and Doc, the photo artwork by Judith, and the morning breakfast created a pleasurable memory. Thank you!

Wonderful Downtown Denver B&B
Extraordinary experience. If you are tired of staying in run of the mill hotels, and have an intrepid interest in places with character, I highly recommend. Judith and Doc are wonderful hosts, they are concerned about your comfort and anything you may need. Just absolutely delightful people. This charming B&B is from the antiquity of Denver's original residents. It has charm, history, and two beautiful and sweet dogs who serve as your evening sentries as you rest. Denver's downtown Broadway area is right in front of you and many interesting places to eat and shop are within short walking distance. Ready for something different and distinguished? Give Judith and Doc a ring, you wont regret your stay.

Nice overnight stay.
It is an older Victorian home. If you do not like old charm, this is not the place for you. I loved the old architecture, heave wood accents and even the creaking of the floor boards. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. Her husband makes walking sticks. As I was admiring them, I was given one as a gift. Much appreciated, thank you. Only negative was street noise.

This was our first bed and breakfast experience and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have 2 dogs who were very sweet as well. The house was a 2 min walk from a wedding we were attending and there were a lot of other places within walking distance. We would stay here again.

My room was comfortable and the bed, hugged me all night. I slept great. Off Broadway had a great homey vibe in a city-neighborhood. The area is walkable with so many shops, restaurants and clubs close by. Judith and Doc were so lovely. And I love having breakfast with the other guests. DO NOT pass up Judith’s eggs and a baguette! I can’t wait to stay with them again 😁

Nice and cozy place to stay, and the owners/hosts were very nice! The place is very close to lots of restaurants and bars, and there are many artistic shops and entertainment in the area. The breakfast was nice! Would stay here again.
