The room was nice, bed very comfortable and super dark. It was also clean. We loved the bar downstairs and watched the Bronco game there. Location was superb!

Overall, it was a B- experience. The aesthetics are great and its very eclectic. The bar and restaurant area are really nice and accommodating. Easy access to the mountains and downtown Denver. My rook was ok, next to the ice machine room on the 3rd floor. Other guests were adults and no kids around, but I could hear the floor creaking above me and an occassional 15min duration of the sound of a dripping pipe. I assumed it was the wall that had a pipe running through it, and luckily I am a heavy sleeper, so I ddint bother to complain. The water takes a long time to get warm/hot. The amenities in the room (coffee maker was Nespresso) were nice. The EV charger is very slow and while it will charge it will be 12hrs to get from 30-80%. One EV cord was all jacked up and tattered. So, overall decent stay but left a lot to be desired.

The room was large, clean and quiet. The coffee maker was a fancy nespresso one. The breakfast isn’t included but the restaurant area looked modern and nice. I decided to get breakfast at the coffee shop down the street (less expensive and tasty). Would love to stay again in the summer

The room wasn’t cleaned very well and lacked proper maintenance. The bed was very noisy and obviously wore out. Shower head is way overpowered and needs to be cleaned. The room lighting was horrible and could use improvement.

Room was in good condition and staff was courteous. However little things like too thick and hard pillows, the bathroom sink that wouldn't drain until you stuck something under the plug to hold it open. Oh and this room was an accessible room. It had plenty of handles in tub to hold onto but step into tub was very slick, no bench and no mat. I am on crutches and after requesting a shower chair staff did bring it up. Also the light in the bathroom is far from the door awkwardly next to the toilet and difficult to find in the dark (no nightlight). So not terrible, just not the best.

European style design was clean and efficient. Nice upper floor and quiet. Does show some signs of maintenance needed. Chipped paint and some shower updates. But since it’s a hotel focused on concert crowds attending Red Rocks I can see where the rooms probably take some abuse during concert season. Proximity to I-70 and distance to the tunnel is what made us select this stay to avoid a late night drive to ski country. I’d stay again based on the non-concert season price.
