Private RoofTop Hot Tub! 360 Views! Beautiful Townhome!

360 Degree rooftop views from the Private Roof Deck (private hot tub included) simply can't be beat. My home is spacious and has an incredible location directly across from a 7-acre city park. The city skyline is visible rising up behind the beautiful park and large windows and balconies on every level of my home take full advantage of the spectacular views. The 4th story rooftop affords views of both downtown to the east and mountains to the west, making for unforgettable sunsets.

I worked for the developer responsible for a large portion of the townhomes in the neighborhood (one of Denver's most desirable for its proximity to downtown yet ample parking and friendly neighborhood feel) and know my unit has one of the best locations, layouts, and views in the entire neighborhood.

Garage and entryway are located on the first floor; kitchen, dining, living room and large private balcony overlooking the park across the street are all on the second floor; Two large bedrooms, laundry, another large private balcony, and two bathrooms are located on the third floor; and the entire rooftop has been built out into a rooftop patio with outdoor furniture including large bbq, outdoor dining table, 4 chaise lounges, and a premium hot tub.

My home is furnished with a pretty cool mix of modern and classic furniture (or so I'd like to think). I worked with a designer to try to make my home both unique with the industrial accents, but also very warm and welcoming. I'm still working on artwork for the walls.

I keep my house extremely clean and am pretty spartan in nature so I don't have many personal photos or personal effects laying around my home so you'll feel like you're renting a vacation home rather than someone's personal residence.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire unit, including an attached garage you can park a car in and private rooftop deck. I also welcome you to use whatever spices and pantry items you might need if you're cooking, though such items may not be taken off the property. Similarly, cleaning supplies and household goods stored throughout my home may not be taken off the property by guests.

Other things to note
The Bronco Football stadium is located in my neighborhood and therefore street parking is restricted on certain stadium event days. During those days, you will need to ensure your car is parked in the garage space so that you do not get towed (enforcement is 100%).

Fantastic Fourth of July- What a View!!!

This property is well worth the price. It’s in an ideal location to go around Denver or to get into the mountains. The rooftop deck gave wonderful views of all the Fourth of July fireworks. All communication with the owner was timely and helpful. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Plenty of extra supplies.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This property was amazing. We have kiddos and they enjoyed every aspect of it, especially the hot tub and being across the street from the park. The house was spotless and slept us all comfortably. The only hiccup we had was the master bed sheet was not washed, but it was easy enough to take off, replace and wash. Not enough to ding on stars or the review, though. Still five stars for us! The host was attentive and communicated quickly. We really enjoyed the rooftop views, hot tub and being able to walk to the delicious bakery around the corner. Highly recommend staying here if you’re a Denver local or from out of town, you won’t be disappointed. The host had everything we needed from laundry supplies to condiments and coffee. Thanks for a great staycation and we really hope to return!

Great home away from home

This property is very clean and nicely decorated - all in all, a pleasant place to stay. The rooftop hot tub has a great city view and sparkling clean water. Just perfect!

What a wonderful place! Clean, Spacious, Cozy and safe! Attached parking on the lower level. Middle level is the family room/ dining room and large kitchen. Both bedrooms were very comfortable with attached bathrooms! The upper deck area with hot tub was super relaxing. With a nice BBQ . There’s a very large park directly across the street and the local food and brewery’s were excellent! This is our new go to place to stay when we visit Denver! Thanks for everything!

My boyfriend and I came to Denver for a concert at Empower Field at Mile High. We were within walking distance of the stadium, which was wonderful! Close to downtown. Lovely park right across the street. The townhouse itself was very comfortable. This is a great place to stay in you’re in Denver.

Great Stay in Denver

This property was a treat to stay in. Inviting, modern, clean, fun. Loved the balconies to look out at the park, kitchen had everything we could need, friendly walking neighborhood, great communication from host, simple clean-up/check-out process. We stayed for a concert downtown and this neighborhood was great for a quick Uber ride to downtown Denver. Our only suggestion would be a mattress topper on the spare bedroom mattress as it could be considered very firm to some guests. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home! Thank you Justin!

Great Place to stay and relax in the hot Tub

Great place next to the Mile High! Hot Tub on roff top and was well maintained. Beds and bathroom are nice. I wish the pull out was better as it has a lean to it when pulled out. Walking distance to brew pub and stores.
