Hotel itself is pretty basic, but cheap and close to Red Rocks. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre, and the hotel itself needs some repairs/ cleaning

Facility definitely needs work, like new carpets and stuff because it's super stained and kinda dingy. Our room was relatively clean but not soundproof at allll. Breakfast was decent. Pretty close to Red Rocks which is great tho! And staff was friendly. Overall okay visit. Might stay again if it was a bit cheaper.

Proximity to Red Rocks was the biggest perk. Kind of no frills. The pool area looked nice, I didn't have a chance to use it, much to my dismay. Staff was nice. Breakfast had options. Coffee was available. Check in/Check out was painless and efficient. I sat in the lobby after my check out, trying to finalize my plans for the day, and was never bothered. Denny's is walkable- I took advantage of that after I got back from the show.

Staff was very nice. But the room was very run down and dirty. Hair in the tub and on the floor. Bathroom door would not latch and beds were hard. The pool area smelled like vomit and there was smell of Marijuana use throughout the hotel. Would not recommend.

Place was pretty old and needs remodeling. Rugs in hallways are stained. Bed spread stained, room not vacuumed and there were ants. Front desk staff was very nice and requested my room be cleaned but still had ants. Wouldn’t stay here again.

When we got there the room we were put in someone was in there, they told me that that person was supposed to leave, I kinda realized at that point there was no way they even cleaned the room before I was supposed to be there, other than that the new room we got was great and so we’re the staff just a little concerned on the cleanliness of the rooms

The room space was excellent and clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the location is superb for vacationers. i think i got a great deal overall. My only concern was the smell in the pool area which could use a good cleaning and the carpets in the hall could use a refresher. But overall i had a very comfortable stay and would gladly go back.

STAY AWAY! Walls are paper thin, heard the next room all night. Horrible location to get into you have to make a U turn on a busy road. it is old and rundown, really would suggest somewhere else. breakfast had run out of food 45 minutes early and the staff just said oh well sorry and no hot food, just terrible. Highly suggest stay away.
