Wouldn't stay again but not the worst

The front desk staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable, I checked them thoroughly and didn't notice any critters. However, there was half a case of beer left in our fridge and a sticky spot on the counter. The rest of the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was very unappealing. We ended up going to Chick-fil-A down the road. I would not stay here again, especially for $150/night.

It was a very good central location. Close to food, shopping, and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and helpful when directly asked for something but if not asked nothing was done in room. Upstairs neighbors were so loud all day and evening that we left a day early.

The location was somewhat out of the way and dining choices close by were limited. The sink stopper was missing. The light switch plate was broken and only had one screw holding it in place, it was dirty and cracked. There was blood on the wall by the bed, and I had spiders on the floor. Repairs and updates were not professionally done (tile near the tub was held in place by a gob of silicone).

An Okay stay

Overall, it was a decent place for the price. It was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating. The location was a little difficult and confusing to access from the south. I had to go further up the street and turn around. I think there was an access but it was difficult to see.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in a little bit early even. The hotel was good. It seems like it’s an older place that has had some average cosmetic updates. We did not eat breakfast there so I can’t speak to that. The bed was very comfortable. The location is conveniently located right off the highway and close to downtown. We were able to Uber downtown for about $20 (off peak of course).

Just plain bad

We had reserved and paid for a room with two beds, as we had a group of three adults traveling. When we arrived, the hotel had been fully booked and we were given a room with only one bed and the worst stained pullout couch that was horribly uncomfortable. The tv was also broken and everything smelled like cigarettes and sewage. The front desk folks were kind and apologetic, but this establishment was just plain bad.
