The name "quality" should not be associated with this hotel. The door to my room would not close unless you pulled/pushed very hard. The door in the side of the hotel would not close and latch at all. As there were a few homeless people in the area this made me very uncomfortable.

Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful Carpet removed from room, replaced with laminate flooring, no area rugs. Different, but you could tell the floor was clean. Room was clean except for several hair strands in the bathtub. Hallway carpets were very dirty, no vacuuming or cleaning in recent days. There were signs of general maintenance work but not of a bldg-wide renovation effort.

Filthy.

This hotel was gross, it was filthy. The hallways were stinky and trashed and the room was in the same condition. The bathroom had hair and weird substances on the counter and the pullout bed had lots of misc items on it showing it hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily we arrived super later and left early and didn’t need to dwell on how unclean this entire hotel was.

Convenient location, including parking.

This hotel is in need of some rehabilitation in the common areas including the elevators. The room was OK, clean and everything worked. For the price it was not a bad value. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but at the price point, not surprising.

We checked in late, around 10pm, and check-in went smoothly. Once in the room we were satisfied with the overall state of the room and bathroom. About the only complaint we have was that the curtains wouldn't close and left something to be desired as far as privacy goes. In the morning, breakfast was pleasant and tasty. Far better experience than we had with the property next door the night before and I would recommend the Quality Inn to it's neighboring establishment any day.

Complaint Regarding Our Recent Stay

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Quality Inn on 1/23-1/26. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Firstly, there was no room service provided during our stay, and basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner were not stocked in the room. We had to repeatedly request these essentials, along with extra towels, as only two were provided. However, requesting towels was an unnecessary struggle, as the front desk staff seemed unwilling to provide extras and made the process frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast offered was the worst I have ever encountered at a hotel, both in quality and selection. On top of that, the room itself was outdated and visibly worn down, making for an uncomfortable stay. I understand that this is a budget-friendly hotel, but even at a lower cost, basic hospitality and cleanliness should not be compromised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future guests.
