Across the street from the freshly upgraded Butterfield Park (30 acres). Easy connection to highways, 30 miles to Denver (lightrail available) and 40 miles to Colorado Springs. Kitchen has a 4-seat breakfast counter. MBR with panoramic mountain views has en suite with a skylight, a soaker tub, and shower stall plus a walk-in closet, full queen bed set, and reading corner. Two BRs with queen beds, nightstand, book shelf, armchair, spacious closet, and shared bath with walk-in shower. Office with futon sofa can be used as a 4th bedroom. DR with 6 chairs, LR with sofa and armchairs, TV room with 55" smart screen and gas fireplace. Walk-out basement game room with sofa and chairs, foosball and air hockey tables. A/C plus ceiling fans in MBR and LR. Deck with BBQ and 6-seat patio set. 2-car garage plus 2-car driveway.
