This home affords great access to so many mountain activities and "big-city" attractions, yet this area has it's own "small town" feel. 15 minutes to Denver, 10 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Golden, Olde Town Arvada, the Wheat Ridge Greenbelt, restaurants and shopping. 30 minutes to Boulder. Good access to skiing. 65" Smart TV, High-speed internet. King bed in main bedroom. Blackout blinds for sleeping in. Fully stocked kitchen and amazing deck with outdoor games! Pam (host) was fantastic. She was proactive in checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We got early check-in and found many amenities I did not expect. The house pretty much had everything we needed other than grocery/food items. Could not have asked for a better stay. Great host and property!

This place was exactually as we expected and more. Clean, nice linens, comfortable beds and kitchen essentials. Pam was great, checked in on us and helped with decisions on plans for a travel day! Overall PERFECT! From the messaging with host, check in, cleanliness and checkout process. This home and location didn’t disappoint! Very clean and cozy! Very nice home, very clean, full kitchen, plenty of towela and amenities and not a lot of rules. (Basic things, - no parties, no smoking)They left water bottles in the fridge and we had access to use the garage. Very comfortable stay for 5 adults! Photos in the listing were exactly what we saw when arriving!

Perfect location and wonderful host.

We arrived later than expected due to flight delays. We did not have the opportunity to go to the store that night so you could imagine how grateful we were when we saw the coffee and water that was provided. The home was clean and everything was in good working order. We were attending our son's graduation from Colorado School of Mines in Golden and found the rental location to be convenient. Pam was amazing. Thank you!

Beautiful home, centrally located in a nice neighborhood

We vacationed for a week in Colorado and were able to go to a few games...Denver is about 18 minutes away...We went ziplining in Conifer...about half hour away...Garden of the Gods hiking...a little over an hour but worth the trip. This was the perfect home for my family. I love having our own space to retreat to after having some great adventures. It's the perfect combination for us. This home did not disappoint. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was communicative and really great to work with as well. Highly recommend.
