Beverage vending machines not working; tried all 3 floors. Ice machine broken. No lighting at the back gate where there are several steep stairs. Very bad parking. Bad beds. Very frustrating visit. I trusted Ramada and Wyndham.

I did not like the fact the there was no remote for the t.v. When I brought it to the attention of the receptionist, she told me she’d take care of it. Two hours later, I still didn’t have a remote. Then, the T.V. cable was not connected so I had to mess with the wall cable until I could watch T. V. In addition, there was no phone cord attached to the room phone, so I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk. Plus, the hotel is located in a bad part of Denver where there were alcoholics, and homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. We were afraid to go for walks, and did not feel safe.

The hotel was so old and scary. The bed was made but there was dirt on the bed. Air condition make so much noise that I have to turn off to sleep. The curtain have a lot holes in it. I am afraid to take off my shoe in the room. Breakfast was included, but there is only cold and dry pastries, cereal and milk, and self toasted bread. There is no hot food. Is this a Ramada by Wyndham, because I stay at Wyndham in Orlando Florida before and it was great. I do not know what happen here, it felt more like Motel 6.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was fairly close to everywhere we wanted to go and the staff was friendly and were nice enough to let us have an early check-in but the surroundings of the location we’re sketchy at best, random people were always walking through the parking lot and hanging around the door as if they are waiting for you to put the code in to get through to the hotel. The room looked old and outdated from the second we walked in, it looked nothing like the pictures listed! There was tears in the wallpaper in the room and restroom, the tub in the restroom was yellow, and there wear random tears on the carpet. This room was just uncomfortable to sleep in and we had to bring blankets to feel slightly more comfortable to even sleep on the bed. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

This property is awful. The late afternoon staff was beyond rude. This individual needs to be reminded what customer service is allabout. The pics for the property didnt even come close to wath the actual room And bathroom looked like. Awful, awful awful!!!!
