Night Staff was not helpful or forthcoming with information upon check-in. Error in pre-auth for billing an additional day. Side door near room could not be entered at night with card. Toilet wouldn't refill resulting in us having to remove the back cover every time to move the valve.

Comfy Bed

Everything was great, but the best part was the bed. Both myself and my husband commented to each other on how comfortable the bed was.

Best hotel stay ever!

Pros: The staff was great, the rooms were spotless, the pool was heated, great location, pet friendly too!
Cons: The breakfast bar eggs
Location: The zoo, aquarium, Elitch gardens, all within 15 minute drive, many restaurants nearby.
This hotel was the cleanest and nicest hotel I've ever seen! Every single staff member I met was cheerful, helpful, the manager even asked for constructive feedback on their breakfast bar items! Stayed with our son and it was a wonderful relaxing time! I will come back to this hotel every time I return to the Denver area.

Chilleeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. Many conveniences close to the hotel. My only suggestion is to add some new items to the breakfast.

Exceptionally good for the money

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, recently remodeled. everything fresh
Cons: eggs need improving
just finished a 4 night stay. Was happily impressed with staff and remodel. Wasn't wild about the eggs for breakfast, but oatmeal, bagels and waffles were very good. I had very good experiences with everyone I met. No one person stands out, but everyone was a high caliber exchange. Will return
