Love a Thompson property! The bar staff was wonderful and engaging! I will say the fragrance in our guest room was a little strong and the pillows were not very comfortable. Everything else was great!

Poor customer service. The rooms smell like male cologne because it is part of their "signature Thomspon scent." If you have allergies, it is really bad. The bathroom sink kept leaking, and the walls are paper-thin. The curtains don't close all the way, so light comes in all night. One of the front desk employees was rude and dismissive of questions about the booking. I would not stay here again.

The sound proofing on the guest rooms needs to be improved. We were able to hear every door open, toilet flush, and footstep coming from all directions. The hotel provided ear plugs which were helpful. Other than this it was a great stay!
