Superb hotel with great view.

The best hotel on our trip to China. We were 6 persons and we all said this hotel was the best in out trip. We were greeted by the staff and helped us with our luggages. The hotel was on the hill but provides great scenery of Shangri-la town. What I really like was the staff was outstandingly five-star service. They helped us with so many things ex. Calling to taxi, helping with our luggages even some was heavy without our asking, recommending us the town of Shangri-la. Highly recommend this hotel!!! It worths every penny. เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมาก วิวสวย พนักงานช่วยเหลือคุณอย่างดี facility ครบครัน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขาเล็กน้อย แต่เงียบสงบ ใช้เวลาเดินเข้าเมืองเก่าไม่นาน ห้องสวย สะอาดมากๆ แนะนำเลยครับ 香格里拉最好的一个酒店。位于在古镇小丘上、可是特别安静、走路到古镇不远。酒店成员特别热情、有助。非常推荐。

Resort Hotel at Shangri-La

Great location to stay in Shangri-La. Clean air & relaxing place. The hot&cold water not working too well. Breakfast simple but good. Comfortable beds and big rooms. Wonderful hotel & friendly manager. We ate at Homemade restaurant and the food is so good and reasonable that we had lunch and dinner for the 4 days we were there! Lovely place to visit as staff can leave the hotel just like that without anything missing! Surrounding places are clean and nice but nothing much to shop. From the 2nd floor you can see the beautiful sight of the old temple brightly lit at night! Would recommend to stay here than in the city.

It is located at the original section of the old town which is about 5-10 min walk to the carpark outside it. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is also quiet and clean with beautiful views of the big temple and its surroundings. The staff is friendly and helped with our luggage when we checked out. Breakfast is delicious but served at another building which is about 3-5 min walk away.

- พ้องพักสะอาด กว้าขวาง สวยงาม อาหารเช้าดี การบริการของพนักงานดี ถึงแม้ว่าจะสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้ แต่ก็มีความพยายามที่จะช่วยเหลือและให้บริการ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้องมีครบ แต่หากจะให้ดีกว่านี้ควรมีโทรทัศน์ให้ด้วยก็จะดีมาก - ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมค่อนข้างหายากเพราะโรงแรมอยู่ในซอยเล็ก แต่ไม่มีป้ายบอกทาง และโรงแรมก็มีห้องพักหลายอาคาร จึงขาดความสะดวกไปบ้างเล็กน้อย

好喜歡這間酒店及店員的服務！會推介給朋友！

店小姐十分好！接送我們往返酒店！ 還為我們介紹埋可靠司機接送我們去不同的景點！而且這店的床睡得舒適，還有電睡墊可以使用。等待我們起床，帶我們去吃早餐的地方。即使我們只住一晚，接著的一晚將會轉去另一間酒店，但因為古城裡的路不便於拉行李箱，店小姐仍然樂意開車送我們及行李到新的店！如此盡心體貼的服務！也是我這麼多次旅行中第一次經歷的！十分欣賞！所我會向大家推介住這間精緻漂亮、有藏放色彩，還可看龜山公園寺廟的酒店！
