The house has wifi throughout, parking included, and towels, linen and toiletries provided at the beginning of your stay.

The Space:
This stylish 3 bedroom house in Derby is ideal for families, business travellers, or anyone else looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city. With a bright and spacious interior, and a garden for you to enjoy, you'll have all the space you could possibly want. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and storage for your clothes and two modern bathrooms (1 with a bath). The open plan kitchen/living area, is bright and spacious with light flowing in through the lovely french doors that open out in to the garden. There are comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV with all the basic and freeview channels and free wifi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils as well as a washing machine. There is also parking for 1 car outside.

Guests have sole access to the house for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Derby is the major regional centre of the Derbyshire Dales. With its winding river, market square, historic buildings and grand Cathedral, Derby is a great place to visit! The area offers the best of both worlds, with the house being set on a quiet residential street, but still being in the heart of the city, just 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. A number of attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Derby Cathedral and the Derbion Shopping Centre.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, the city is entirely accessible on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main Derby Midland Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is just a 10 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.

Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance in order to give us enough time to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.
