Party building just remodeled!! Granite and maple bar area, led fireplace, etc…. Of course still includes all the video games, pool table and pong! This begs for your important large group gatherings! Beautiful and functional for group functions or family time.
Graceland has it all and is the GrandDaddy of all vacation rentals in Greater Des Moines! It sits right in the hottest district in West Des Moines and just 10 blocks from the interstate so it's quick to get to. It's right next to the best shopping (Jordan Creek, West Glen and 6 other shopping centers), all the best restaurants, kid and teen places, and tons of nightlife options too!
Enjoy 5 acres, a pond, a spacious 4600 square foot home AND A beautiful PARTY BARN (heated and air-conditioned) on property. Graceland also boasts an enormous kids play tower, fire pit, tetherball, a hammock, bocce ball, 2 giant Jengas, giant yard Yatzy, board games, a field for softball or whatever you want, Sonos speakers, 2 living rooms (one for kids), an office area with desk, printer, and monitor, and a large granite chef's kitchen with everything you may need for preparing/ serving/ entertaining/ hosting large groups including a commercial ice maker (we are NOT messing around!). Graceland is stocked with comfy beds, great linens, towels so fluffy you can only fit three on a shelf, and a master suite that is sure to please all guests with walk-in shower, an adjustable Tempur-Pedic that will absolutely spoil you, 75" led tv, and fireplace.
This property is perfect for families to relax or play till they just can’t play anymore. There are deer that visit daily! The deer visit all day long and are fun to watch.
BONUS- I OWN AN UPSCALE APT COMPLEX 12 MINUTES AWAY. AT THE FOUR SEASONS APARTMENTS, YOU CAN USE THE INDOOR POOL in the winter, OUTDOOR POOL in the summer AND TWO-LEVEL CLUBHOUSE WITH GYM (home gyms, bikes, treadmill), SAUNA, ETC.. This is at no additional charge! Open 9am to 9m daily. There is so much to see and experience at Graceland it's tough to list all of it. Hopefully you will get to see for yourself! About Your Host-
I love to make people happy and that exactly what my properties are designed for. I'm a landlord by trade. I have apartment complexes and rental homes. Then six years ago I created my first vacation rental property, and it grew from there. I offer vacation rentals because it's fun! Making sure groups are set up to have a blast is a challenge that I find very rewarding. I take this seriously. Being a big kid at heart, I make it my mission to deliver the fun for kids- also being one who appreciates nice things, I deliver comfort and attention to detail for the adults. I truly desire for you to have the most fun and relaxation as possible, and with the fewest hassles as well. That is why we put in so much effort before you get there. We provide and offer many things that set us apart. So much space! Our extended family (babies to 70) stayed over Easter weekend to gather with family who live 5 minutes away in West Des Moines. We loved the party barn, the beautiful property with lawns, trees and pond and all the room inside to relax, cook and eat together. Close and convenient to groceries, shops, restaurants and freeways. The “cousin buddies” voted to come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location for family ranging from 1 year old to 90 years old.

The Party barn was great. The pool table, ping pong table and video games really made it enjoyable. The hot tub was clean and worked great.

Bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space were perfect for a large family get together. House is stocked with little extras to help make your stay perfect. The hot tub was not working and the sink in the party barn was out of order, but otherwise fantastic!
