We get there and there are 3 police cars there. At the check in another patron was complaining about a $100 extra charge on their account! I had the same thing happen! They told me $50 for incidentals, and that they would credit me, THEY DIDN'T, NO TOLIET PAPER, Black hairs on the sheets, (I am blonde), clearly not cleaned, not light bulbs in the lamps by the bed, or the room lights, cob webs in the corner, coffee was HORRIBLE, ALOT of people "living there" VERY VERY SHADY PLACE! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location for us was good, the room was clean, and what I expected, outside the room was already little dirty and not kept up well. Lots of cigarette butts on the back steps and other flooring in the hallways was not kept up as well as it could’ve been. Price was good! Would have liked a little more variety of food at breakfast and maybe some other options for drinks at breakfast as well.

Not what was listed

Pulled up to the hotel with my two children and the place looked of a questionable standard. Trash on the property, people sitting on the sidewalks and lawns with hotel doors wide open, smoking, raunchy music. The photos on the website were not the hotel we showed up to. I went into the lobby, it was dirty, paint/wallpaper peeling off the walls... I spoke with the young lady at the desk (who was very polite, but didn't seem too knowledgeable of what she was doing), we were in the correct location. I cancelled on site, I couldn't have been paid to stay there with my children - luckily I was not charged for a last minute cancellation and was able to find another hotel nearby that was clean and inviting. I will definitely be double checking websites and cross comparing before ever renting through a third party site again.

Our room was not what I expected. The light just inside the door was flickering and I had to turn it of m. Had to rely on the bedside lights. The phone in the room was not working. The cord to the handset was broken, unable to make calls. The tub in the bathroom was very slippery and we had to place a towel on the floor of the tub to keep from slipping. Even though we stayed overnight the towels were not replaced. We decided that we were not going to stay another night because of these conditions. We checked out and came home.

SEWAGE WATER IN TUB!!!

The first night I got in late 10:30pm and the bathtub drain had backed up and dry sewage was in the tub so not able to take a shower. In the morning there was 1” of backed up sewage water in tub and I told the front desk about it and asked to have it fixed so I couldn’t take a shower when I returned that night. I got back about 9:30 pm the second night and there was dried up sewage again in tub so no shower. In the morning there was 2” of sewage water in tub. I told the front desk about not being able to take a shower, showed the pictures and that I had asked to have it fixed the day before and it wasn’t fixed. I asked for a partial refund seeing that I slept in the room. He said he couldn’t because I booked through Expedia, which I didn’t, I booked through hotels.com, and he didn’t have a card on file to put a refund on. Although he did have a card on file for the $50 they hold when you check in. He said I had to go through Expedia to get a refund. I guess I’ll contact Hotels.com and see what becomes of it. I might contact the local Health Department on Monday and let them know of unsanitary conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Price & comfy bed only positives. Go elsewhere.

It looked bad in the daylight so my husband wanted to not even go in and just forfeit our $. I said let's at least go in. We BOTH had to push to open the room door. The floor was slanted different directions so we staggered about- no alcohol involved. RAISED tthreshhold to bathroom had flooring strips over it; deceiving the user. Noisy in halls as arrived. The cheap price kept us there. TV controls had no directions; had to have maintenance come twice to help Bed was very comfy. Slept great, not noisy at night. Breakfast - no fruit, eggs or yogurt. 2nd morning there was yogurt... I had inquired about it the day before. Elevator was scary. Won't stay again.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures it was dirty smelt like marijuana and the breakfast that they had was waffles and cereal with warm milk do not recomend going to this hotel.

Reasonable stay, expected better.

While it was peaceful and quiet, with them abidding to their policy of being mindful of noise after 11, and the room being quiet comfortable, the cleanliness outside was a whole different matter. First day there on the hallway leading to my room there were countless trashbags outside one of the rooms making it unpleasant to pass. Add to that one of the hose came to the breakfast with no shoes on despite the sign saying it was required. And to add to that, the mice that kept roaming outside, both on the first and second floor. But inside the room, the cleanliness was maintained. That said their microwave kept making such an awful noise when used. That and the air conditioner lid was loose, while the cover for the controls was broken

Bathroom towels in plenty supply, and kept clean.
Clothing hangars are thankfully provided
The A/C with the damage cover. Along with the broken off control lid left on top. How I found it when I got there.

No juice at breakfast bar, no rolls. Mostly dry cereal and waffle makings. Only one ice machine, far, far from our room. Staff cut off our room key access before we checked out, so we had to get a re-energized key to reclaim our luggage. Elevator worked poorly, but never completely quit. We were treated as second class citizens because I had booked the room via Expedia, rather than thru Days Inn. I do not recommend that anyone stay there, ever.

They advertised that they had an outdoor pool, they did not. Breakfast was not placed out until 630 in the morning. When we got into the room the Wi-Fi did not work, there was visible damage to the room which we had to pay a $50 incidental fee upon getting to the hotel for any damages. Make sure you take pictures of your room as to not get charged.
