Chlorine in pool was so high eyes were watering ,couldn’t stay in hot tub long because of chlorine. Not impressed with rudeness of staff no one answered front desk phone for at least an hour and no one at front desk when we needed extra supplies/towels. loud fridge in room

Breakfast was good. It was noisey though. Lot young kids running up down halls . There was ball tournament.

It is in a row of hotels. It was a good value. The breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. Only glitch is when the housekeeper came into the room thinking it was empty. We put the do not disturb sign up then!

I will be following up with my Housekeeping Supervisor to coach her team on the standard procedures for announcing their presence to anyone who may be occupying a guest room. Everyone was nice. I believe we may use this location at other times, because we frequent this location and our usual place didn't even try to help us after 9 years of us coming there.

Good hotel for the money

Pros: Ease of access and cleanliness
This visit was more of a quit stop on a weekend road trip. The hotel was right by the highway and easy to get to. The facility is clean and well kept. We arrived too late to make use of the pool but it appeared to be well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The room was quiet even though it is right next to the highway. The only down side was that the beds were overly firm for our tastes. Overall a nice place to stay.
