Staff here is awesome. My issue has been with the customers. I’ve stayed here multiple times before. Haven’t had an issue previously. Dog owners who traveled with their dogs this time would leave them unattended for hours or overnight. Why travel with your dog if you’re just going to leave them unattended? Board the darn dog! Every morning dogs barking from 6am to 8am. Once one started, multiple rooms of dogs started. Throughout the day, constant barking for 30 minutes. Staff can’t really do anything about it either except call the owners and tell them to come back and tend to the dog. I likely won’t be staying here again. Or if I do, ask them to put me on a different floor than any of the dogs. Also no walkable food options near here open after 10pm when a lot of flights are still coming in.

I didn’t give it higher marks because of the staff when I checked in, where my room was and the janky way there is no direct access to the front desk to check in. The woman who checked me in couldn’t have been more disinterested in customer service and didn’t look very professional. Then the hotel was clearly almost empty, but I was put on the 3rd floor almost as far away from the elevator as you could get. There was no reason to put me at the far end of the hall, but I was too tired to make a fuss. Room was great, bed was super comfortable, nice amenities. My only other complaint would be that the handicapped parking is around the end of the building in the back and there is nowhere to parking near the front entrance to check in. So until you get checked in and get a room key you can’t access the side entrance.

The hotel was outstanding. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was construction on the property next door. Also, you could hear very clearly all of the other doors in the hallway. It was loud. All night. And the bed was a little harder than I prefer. But the convenience is fantastic. It’s very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower…omg…it was so fantastic.

I stayed here for four nights in April 2025. The first two days were nice. The second two were miserably bad. A happy dog in an adjacent room barked incessantly, and the front desk staff would not move them. I will never stay at a Home2Suites again. Beware.
