Not an overwhelmingly friendly desk/ greeting clerk. Beautiful common areas. Room was as middle of the road as you can get. Indoor pool area unfortunately was a window shot away so our room was incredibly loud with pool goers.

Wonderful overnight stay. Staff were excellent - very responsive and courteous. Love the decor. Food was great - breakfast & also ordered the flatbread "pizza" for supper. I was so sad that I didn't get a chance to use the pool - so inviting, wonderful water temp, & very clean!! If I need a hotel in the DesMoines area in the future, this is the place I'll stay. One complaint - no decaf coffee pot.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Renovo. The hotel is beautiful, the food was fresh and delicious and the staff went above and beyond. Shout out to the room service ladies they were amazing.

The room was clean with exception to the walk in shower. There was a little mildew on the sides. Other then that the room and hotel were beautiful!!! The loft is amazing! I already booked a room there for my birthday in a few weeks since we loved it so much! Machine Shed is also right next door, so you can walk right over!

Kitchen was awesome. Very friendly staff at kitchen and food was good. Not very impressed with check in. Not smile at all and seems too busy on her cell phone. Room was good. Just didnt like it was too close to kitchen and little bit noisy. Overall stay was good. I would probably return bqck.
