I was so surprised to witness the management be so rude to a visitor. Their reservations were correct based on their confirmation however what the hotel had was different. They got mad at her for the mistake and told her to leave or they will call the police. It was shocking as it seemed to be the reservation mix up. Never witnessed anything like that. We had a group of 25 staying there and we all wanted to leave. Will never book this place again.

Not only was the staff working at the front desk horribly rude and unprofessional. The hotel itself is in shambles the 1 working elevator was unsafe to use also all the doors connecting to the sky walk were open. The key access system was not working, the downtown has an issue with homelessness. Way too many issues with this hotel to put into a short review.

Front entrance door not working so it was inconvenient as far as frigid cold to have to walk clear arpund to the side of building to enter. Staff was apologetic about it
