The property is dirty, has no towels to replace and I stayed for three days!!! I talk to a housekeeper supervisor, I talked to the security guard, I talked to the front desk girls and nothing happened because the manager never came in. The hotel has a beautiful water park indoor and many families would like to go there but is TERRIBLE.

Horrible place to stay. Never again. Room smells horribe ,musty , moldy , trying to sleep amd kids/tenagers yelling , screaming , running in the halls til 3am. No one answered their phones for help. Smelld liked pot in the hallways. People in the next room with a connecting door were sooooooloud i knew everything about them .and they swore like sailors. This was the worst experience ive EVER had at a hotel.

The property is a little run down, but the pool was so great for my kids. They couldn't get enough. The hotel front staff was really great too. Evelyn was kind and really helpful to me and my two crazy kiddos.

Great pool but very lacking

The waterpark was the highlight. Just beware of hours it's open. Overall happy with stay, but service was weak and whole facility was a bit tired feeling. Our bathroom had a loose floor tile, for example. Upon check in, the lady told me I missed initializing the line by the room number, which was blank and she never told me. I didn't sign until she handed me my room key. No friendly welcome, no direction to room or elevators, pool closed 10 minutes early, no coffee in lobby (breakfast only). Multiple times no one was present at front desk--hiding in back room. No newspapers. Music from pool area extremely loud in rooms, so beware if poolside room and you go to bed early. No yogurt or toast at breakfast even. Breakfast seemed late (7am) but that was weekend, so maybe that's normal. But yes, it worked out fine for my needs and I would stay again if price is reasonable. Just lots of areas of improvement.

Filthy Dirty. Computers were not working and the gal had to manually enter our card somehow which was our first RED FLAG. It took a long time and our kids were not able to just go get in the the pool.(which after we finally got checked in it was too late and the pool was closing). Why on a Friday night would a pool close at 8pm?? That's insane. We tried to check in at 4pm but there was a line out the door. So we went to dinner and came back. only for it to still take forever and our kids missed out on a night of swim. Yet the music rocked on.....WET NASTY stained carpet. Totally soaked carpet! Gum and Candy stuck in the carpet. We were told there were not any other rooms that would accommodate.Every metal door way is completely covered in rust. Not enough towels in our room or any bedding for the pull out. Though they knew just how many were staying in our room. No clean towels. We had to bring up towels to the desk every time our kids got in the pool in order to have clean towels in our room. How does a water park not have enough towels? A bottle of liquor, perfume and a big bag of candy were missing from our room. We didn't have housekeeping so there shouldn't have been any reason for them to be in our room? We sat at the bar in the pool area watching the bartender brag about giving out free drinks but he never once came over to take our order. We finally went in to the restaurant bar to get a drink. That bartender (female) was very friendly and accommodating.

I arrived there with my family, and after a long wait at the front desk, to find out that our room was not available and there is nothing they could do. Apparently, the manager and assistant manager do not work on the weekend, and the receptionist couldn't get a hold of anyone. the cleaning crew had gone for the day, and the rooms were not clean to give to us. we booked our room 3 weeks in advance and checked in online. We had to find another hotel in the area to spend the night. They cancelled our reservation and asked us to speak with our third-party vendor to get refunded. We are yet to get a refund. What a shame.. nice water park with the wrong management. I read the reviews and was expecting a delay or not a clean facility but I was surprised to not find a room all together. I didn't plan for that one. what a waste. This is very unfortunate. I wish someone will do something about it.

The staff was very friendly and kind especially at the front desk. What I did not like is it felt dirty-partly because the carpet was very worn, our room had a hole that s the carpet the beds were not comfortable. Also they did not clean our room while we were there and we had to get towels from the front desk.

Nice room, uncaring morning staff.

The water park is only staffed/open on Friday and Saturday and that is not disclosed until you arrive. The room did not have a bathtub for the kids - only a shower with a shower head that sprayed water all over the floor. There was a glass wall that did not keep the bathroom from being utterly flooded. In the morning the breakfast attendant was nowhere to be found for over 30 minutes. The waffle batter dispenser was broken and the cereal dispenser was broken. When we told the front desk about the issues the desk person said “that’s not my department” and went back to playing with his phone.

I had reservations for 2 queen beds, but when I arrived I was informed that someone else checked into my room. I was assigned another room. I went into my room and found out the tv wasnt working, the bathroom door didnt shut or lock at all. There was so many children running and screaming down the halls at 1am. I believe the person that was assigned the room I got didnt like it for the same reason I did. So they probably got the room switched. My children and I were so tired I didnt want to wake them up and ask for a different room. I was very upset and disappointed, this wasn't our first time here so I thought our experience would have been the same as the last time but I was wrong.

I’ve never had this bad of a hotel experience.

No towels. Bathroom doors don’t close or lock. No bathtubs and the showers get water all over the floor. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone ever. The room phones don’t work to call to the desk. You have to walk to the front desk and hope someone will help you every time you need something. The carpets in the rooms are wet and absolutely filthy. The sofa bed was broken. The fridge barely cooled. The hot water ran out for showers. Th wonky saving grace and reason we didn’t immediately check out was that my kids loved the water slides. Worst hotel.
