Best part of this hotel was that they are dog friendly and don’t charge you through the wall to have them there. Was a perfect spot just outside of Des Moines so we didn’t have to pay city prices. Left too early to try out the breakfast but overall it was great. Some construction/painting projects were happening so the cleanliness score was low, but nothing too inconvenient

I would stay again

Relatively new hotel. Staff cleaned room more often than other hotels we have recently stayed at. Breakfast was decent as they offered protein options and staff did a nice job of cleaning the dining area. Nice variety of hot beverages offered. One thing that was not good was the hot tub - it desperately needed the water changed or cleaned which was disappointing as it could not be used comfortably (strong smell of chlorine and LOTS of suds, both signs the water was really dirty).

We only went for the pool n hot tub pool was so cold n they didnt fix it my kids went to be there all day in pool n couldnt too cold i was there maybe 20 min or less. The entire hotel was clean. Very beautiful and comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was very clean and towels ready for guests. The rooms were reasonably sound proof. You can not hear outside noise. I would pick this hotel again.
