hotel was older, but not horrible. Spots here and there that need attention, but nothing that hindered my stay. It did not offer a breakfast, which was a bummer, but also understandable since there was a kitchenette in the room. Room was large and bathroom was nice.

Excellent Stay

Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. There was an issue with my original room and they offered a new room before we even arrived and even provided snacks and waived the $20 hold. Definitely above and beyond.

The people working the desk were nice, and the beds were comfortable, but the hotel is quite run down. The carpets in the hallway were soiled and did not appear to get vacuumed. The chairs in the room were worn to the stuffing, and there were gobs of caulk around the tub's faucet. People cook in their rooms and the smell in the hallway was overpowering.

You get what you pay for

Well, it’s cheap. But that is very clearly reflected in its operation. Have to pay for parking (or park in a different parking lot, they couldn’t tell me what parking was theirs and what wasn’t so it kind of felt like a scam). I didn’t ever need much so my interactions with employees was limited. The biggest reason for my rating is the cleanliness. I really question it. Too much for me to be able to stay again and I will instead pay up to go to the Comfort Inn down the road instead.

This hotel is ok, but just ok. It's not a 5 star property, so there are no amenities as expected. It was clean, also as expected. But... Our room was next door to the laundry room, so every morning the staff and the laundry equipment were very loud. Which is surprising because there's was no maid service. We stayed eight days, and no maid service. Yes I know this has been a trend with hotels, but you asked for my opinion, and I think maid service is a requirement at least every other day. So, bottom line, this hotel is ok. Just ok. I won't be staying here again.

I loved that there was an appliance library for additional amenities like teakettles and crockpots. The room was cozy and clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This trip was suppose to be a fun get away and boy it was complete opposite, but the staff that were there and helped me were simply amazing. My car broke down, had to find a tow then find a ride to take me the rest of the way, didn’t make it there until I think after midnight, then I only had cash needed it on card so they let me stay and pay after I loaded a card the next day. Then because of the unplanned troubles I was short money and they gave me time to get some sent, and that flopped so I ended up leaving the reservation earlier than planned, but these people were amazing and made a bad situation better by their friendliness, and caring about their guest. They truly made my trip better and I am so grateful for all they did for me. I have stayed a few times in the past when I came to town, always had a great stay. And I hope after this last trip I am still welcomed back, because I always have an amazing stay at their place. Highly recommended!!! Thank you all again for making it a better trip than what it could have been.
