This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features gorgeous tile thru out the entire condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Corian counter tops and great stainless appliances will be a joy to entertain in .A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come twice a year and always stay in 101-108. This time we were in 104. It was clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. Both of us prefer the leather furniture and no carpeting. We were unable to get the ice maker to work, but that was no big deal. We informed the front desk as we checked out, so am sure they were quick to remedy. Sofa pillows could use a good scrubbing, but that won’t stop us from requesting this unit again.

The only concern was the washer dryer combination. It seemed to work but took for ever. Almost four hours for a load of four beach towels. I know you don’t go on vacation to do laundry but if you wanted to do a quick load that wasn’t possible. Definitely not a deal breaker and when we plan to come to Destin again we will check this website.

Our two and 1/2 month stay was horrible!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cockroachs that took weeks to get rid of. Couldn’t leave food out even for a second. The ice maker quit working and the office rarely had any to give us which meant we had to drive and buy our own. Was told the light over the kitchen sink would be replaced and never was. Patio furniture was most uncomfortable with no room left to add our more comfortable chairs. Other issues as well. We have rented condos for 30!yrs. This by far our worst experience!!
