This unit was absolutely perfect! Just steps away from the beach and the beach setup was a plus. Not many condos offer the beach setup without paying an additional fee, so that was a selling point for me. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfy. The front desk was very friendly. The unit did not come with salt, pepper, dish soap or a dish brush, so add those to your packing list. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

Can walk to restaurants, go karts, mini golf. Staff in the office were great. Would definitely stay here again. Only downsides if I had to complain about something : bedroom on street side and not much sound dampening, definitely some noises heard at night. Outside of the building not as nice as the inside. Definitely needs some maintenance work.

Home away from home!

We have been coming to Destin for over 25 years and watched it change and grow. We have seen some beautiful units and some “not so beautiful” units over the years. I was a little concerned because this is an older property. But the reviews were great so we took a chance. And thank goodness!! This unit was fabulous!! Updated and perfectly clean. All the way to the baseboards! It matters. And we are so grateful! The location is amazing for easy walks to The Back Porch for dinners and to The Track for go carts every afternoon after a day at the beach. The office staff and John at the beach were amazing!! And oh- The Seafarer is not a huge complex so it’s truly a slice of private heaven on the beach because it’s not overrun with people. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for opening your home to us!!! We will be back!! Xoxo
