The door is a key lock, with a deadbolt turn on the inside, and no extra latch at the top. It’s the only thing I would change for added security, and possibly curious toddlers. We barricaded the door at night to help keep them from wandering :)We’ll be back though!

Perfect location on a perfect beach

Everything was fantastic at the Coral Reef! The condo was very clean. It is steps from the beach which is on the quieter end of Destin. Chair service was great. We look forward to returning!

Spring break stay

Reviewer Comments: This is 4th or 5 th time we stayed at one of your properties but it has gone down hill and we were disappointed in cleanliness and was very worn. Mattress was terrible. We were sad because we just go to Destin Reality but now are looking at other spots to try. Dishwasher wasn’t connected to cabinet - you’d open door and it almost fall out, dirt and grime on ceiling fan above bed was horrible to look at and mattress had ill fitting piece of foam on top of it - unacceptable. We spoke with another family that had stayed there for years and they were terribly disappointed in cleanliness and wouldn’t be back after years. They had two condos reserved this time. Based on that I’d be hesitant to return .
