The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes from plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin and Miramar Beach!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop. 

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need, the place was very clean up on arrival very easy to access everything that we needed. The balcony view wasn’t of the beach, but it was still a beautiful view. The pool was warm like bathwater so the kids really enjoyed it on the cool mornings. we really enjoyed our stay.

Had great vacation

Location was very good close to several things we visited while down. Had couple concerns but when expressed to manager it was addressed quickly and made everything much better. Highly recommend we all enjoyed our stay and would love to do again.

Enclave - Destin

We really enjoyed our accommodations while staying in Destin. This was a very comfortable property in a very good location immediately across from the beach. Check in and out was very easy and communication with the property owner/manager was frequent and readily available if needed.

Clean and Cozy

This place was immaculate and as a bonus smelled amazing. Amenities just as advertised. Great location just a short walk to the beach and pool. Laundry only a few steps away from condo door. Would Absolutely recommend and will book in the future.

Loved being close to the beach, the view from the balcony was great, we also liked the fact it had a regular coffee drip coffee maker(that’s very important to me)I enjoyed my morning coffee sitting by the window. All the necessities were included! We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect for small family

It was a great stay for my little family of 5. I was impressed that everything in photos was exactly like the place in real life. Thankful for all the accommodations included with the stay. I tried my best to keep it tidy because I do have a baby and 2 kids that are super messy. I found the vaccuum and found the towels and cleaning supply for dishes. I was glad they had the kitchen stocked with every pot, pan, silverware, cups, plates, and bowls. We were very pleased because we cooked everyday of the stay. We loved how close the walk to the beach was!

The Condo was beautiful but the master bathroom bath tub was not clean. The tub had something black in the bathtub. The 2nd bathroom the shower head fell on my foot when I was trying to take a shower.
