Magnolia House 509 is a two-bedroom condo featuring a unique design element in the second bedroom: an accordion wall. This feature offers the flexibility to keep the bedroom open, allowing extra light and a sense of spaciousness, or to close it off for privacy and a dedicated sleeping space. This stylish and comfortable condo is decorated with a coastal theme to transport you to a tropical paradise.
As you enter the condo, you will immediately notice the warm and inviting atmosphere that the décor creates. The living room is spacious and airy, with plenty of natural light flooding in from the windows. The accordion wall that separates the space can be opened or closed depending on your needs, providing versatility and flexibility. On one side of the living room, you will find a cozy seating area with a plush sofa, a coffee table, and large TV, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a beautiful wooden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.

The Propert Management company is wonderful! The unit its self is a bit outdated. Beautiful subdivision, with plenty of ocean or pools to keep busy in. It is a bit of a hike to the ocean so just plan accordingly.

We LOVED our stay in Destin Pointe! Between the pools, beaches & well maintained facility our kids had a ball.I also loved the added value that you can park for free at the boardwalk.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed staying here and had a good trip. It is an easy walk to the beach for the two of us. A few tips - if you are planning to rent an umbrella and chairs, you are in luck. They are set up over half of the beach space for this area. If you want to use your own umbrella and chairs, you will need to set up outside of the area where the rentals are. It is a large portion of the beach. The snorkeling in this area is great. We saw a manatee, turtles, and ones of fish. However, this is not a secret spot - a lot of paid snorkeling boats will show up throughout the day. It wasn't a big deal and we enjoyed the beach - just expect boats and large snorkeling groups.For the actual rooms, no issues, great view, clean, and a mostly stocked kitchen of utensils, bowls, etc. We had no issues and will definitely look to stay here again when we are in Destin.

First time in Destin

This Condo is in a great loction to places to go. Not right on the beach. The tram was not working when we were there so the walk to beach was quite a distance. We tried to rent bikes one day but they never called us back. We told the property managers about a couple of mantenance issues which I am sure they will address. The condo was not cool enough for us in the master bedroom so we had to purchase a fan which we had to leave there. The room was also to bright and we had to cover the windows. I'm not sure everyone would have that issue. The view out the patio was great and the sunsets were amazing. Destin is beautiful.

Weekend getaway

The location is perfect. Short distance (walkable )to beach and there is a tram that will drop off and pick up. The 2 chairs and umbrella being included in the rental cost was AMAZING! The neighborhood is gorgeous! Would be interested a unit with 2 bedrooms next time.
