Relaxation and Fun await!! Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located on our very own Private, white sand beach in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle. Come and marvel at the inspiring gulf and beach views from the open-air balconies, take a water taxi or 5-minute UBER ride to the shops and restaurants in Destin Harbor. You can see the weekly harbor fireworks from the resort! By far the best on the beach!! What more could you want?

Unit 712 is a 7th floor, one bedroom, one bath unit, recently remodeled (May 2023) featuring new LVP flooring, paint, and new furniture throughout. The kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You’ll enjoy all the kitchen gadgets, utensils, plates, etc. during your stay. If you might need it, this unit has it. The new living room furniture includes a convertible Murphy bed “Queen” sleeper, with mattress topper (not a pull-out couch) and a four-seat couch with chase lounge chair. The kitchen dining area has bar stools and a rustic dining table with four chairs all of which bring comfort, style, and charm to this spacious condo.

For your viewing entertainment enjoy a brand new 65” LG Smart TV (with Netflix, Disney, Hulu, all the Apps). Enjoy an upgraded TV movie package for your entertainment. Wi-Fi access and a DVD/Blu-Ray player. The master bedroom also has a brand new 50" LG Smart TV and a second DVD/Blu-Ray player.

In the master bedroom relax and sleep in on a brand new elevated king-size bed with top-of-the-line mattress. Enjoy the huge storage of the bed, new dresser, and nightstands. 712 sleeps a maximum of four guests.

Wait there is more!!! Unit 712 is in the "V" of the resort, which provides morning and afternoon shade to enjoy the stunning views from the balcony (without getting too hot – Bonus!!). Another great thing about being in the "V" is you're only a few steps away from the elevator landing making it super convenient to come and go from the beach, pool, or any of your vacation activities. Who wants to drag their stuff all over the resort?

Got kiddos? 712 is located directly above the pool - yet another great thing about staying in the “V”. Don't forget all the wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, Tennis courts and Shuffleboard with Free equipment rentals and weekly linen exchange also included in your stay. The Condo was safe and quiet. However, there were no blinds in the living room, therefore anyone could see inside. The bathroom should be upgraded to a sliding glass door for sanitary purposes, and do away with the shower curtain. My family did enjoy our stay, and we do look forward to coming back.

 arrival and check out .. all a very smooth process! Property was CLEAN and as pictured/described online! EXCELLENT Location! Great pool area
.with clean bathrooms and easy beach access! The ONLY negative thing I would say about the unit itself is the fact that it is in need of a new sofa! The sofa is not comfortable, and the sleeper is simply not usable. My daughter slept on an air mattress. (thankfully I had read previous reviews and this was mentioned so we were prepared and agree!) Great cozy little unit and was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. We will definitely stay again!

Quick family getaway!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The condo was clean upon arrival and everything was as it was supposed to be! The staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed having both the pool and beach at an arms reach away! Our son really enjoyed the pool! It was a great family vibe. Pros
were that it was clean, updated to our liking, wonderful view, nice corner neighbors(snow birds), two complimentary beach chairs/umbrella, and in a great location minutes away from restaurants, stores, shops, etc. Cons
Although the until was clean and updated I would recommend either replacing or removing the bedroom carpet with a nice rug, it looked a little dingy. There is a pull out sleeper sofa, not too comfy. I honestly would recommend bringing an air mattress over that option! Another thing that I’ve read in previous reviews and that I would agree with, is that it would be nice to have some dry goods on hand like salt and pepper. Just necessities!! If we return with our immediate family again we would definitely stay in this unit again, if available!

We loved this condo! The views were great, and including beach chairs and an umbrella is such a nice touch. The only thing that was less than desirable was the very limited cookware (sautĂ© pans), lack of rubber spatula (plenty of turners) and dull knives. But we made due. Definitely wasn’t enough to sour our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view of the ocean from this unit and the resort is very well kept and clean. The only negative was from the balcony you can see into the neighbors unit, not completely private. Other than that, the unit was super cute and clean. No plates or bowls in the kitchen. Overall good experience, we would definitely stay at this resort again.
