Magnolia House 510 Gone Gulfin' is a true vacationer’s dream, boasting incredible views of the Destin Pass, stunning updated interior décor, and a truly “at home” ambiance. With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living area, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to six guests comfortably. When you're not on the beach, take advantage of the private gated Destin Pointe community with two pools (one waterfront), a large hot tub, tennis courts, pedestrian-friendly streets, 24-hour security, and scenic ponds. * Tram service will be available daily from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Memorial Day through Labor Day. Outside of those dates up until November, the tram will be available on weekends only.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. A peninsula surrounded by The Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor, it is a serene, little oasis within the heart of Destin with two and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking. Surrounded by quiet neighborhoods, it is perfect for exploring on a bike ride with the family. It is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

Area Attractions: 

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from the gulf to the harbor. 

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space for us. Awesome beach view. Heated pool for kids. Close to plenty of stores. Highly recommend and found out 2 other families within an hour of our hometown were there also. Easy beach access and tram service.

Gone Gulfin’

Clean updated 2 bedroom condo with great view of the gulf from the 5th floor. Gated community with fairly easy walk to the beach. Several pools with clean bathrooms- all with hot tubs. Easy access by car to shopping, groceries and Destin Harbor. Not much to dislike for the price.

Beautiful trip

I cannot recommend this enough! Destin pointe is such a serene and quiet little secret tucked away at the end of a cove. You have your choice of two beaches. One is a calm almost wavy shallow pool with fun tour boats with snorkeling boats coming in and out. Perfect spot for young kids not ready for real waves. Down the board walk is the real gulf waves with tide pools and shells to pick from! Crystal clear waters and soft sand. I may sound like a sound bite but yall I can’t explain how awesome it was. We went Memorial Day week. Fireworks shows every night. Fun plane shows throughout the day. The condo was beautiful and everything we’d hoped. Stay here!

Better options out there

The condo is very nice and clean. It is not your topical vrbo tho. Most people want it to be comfortable and like a home away from home. This is not their goal. After talking to other units at the magnolia house . They all had beach service and beach toys ( not this one ) . They have a coffe maker NO Coffe. They have a washer no soap. We had to go shopping immediately. There are no instructions on how to use the tram or get beach services. You have to figure it out your self. I just feel for the price and so many options stay some where else. The other units privide so much more. Oh also if you have a request they email saying we will get back to you in 48 hours . They emailed me back after i checked out.
