Pelican Beach unit (507) has been renovated and is ready for your family and friends!! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a fifth floor balcony where you can sit back and relax over the emerald green waters. This unit offers all the fine elements as well as everything you will need to feel right at home. A new mattress in master bedroom (2023) living area has carpeted floors (New 2022), a fine sleeper sofa (New 2022), and a comfortable and stylish design throughout. The kitchen (Updated 2019) offers full size new stainless steel appliances and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There is a nice dining table for four as well as three barstools at kitchen counter/bar for plenty of seating. The master suite has a king-sized bed, nice quality furniture, and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom (Updated 2018) offers a shower/tub and sink. There is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall. The second full bathroom (Updated 2018) is in the hall and offers a sink and an enclosed shower. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Great stay! The condo was clean and exactly as it’s listed. We loved the balcony with a beautiful ocean front view. It was perfect for our girls trip. The property has two pools and a hot tub. The beach is just right there and was so convenient. We would stay here again.

Condo was perfect! It exceeded expectations! Check-in process was easy. Owner was easy to make contact with and responded timely to questions prior to arrival. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and is very clean and neat. Condo offered more than enough space for our family of five. My girls loved the bunkbeds! Kitchen was stocked with plenty of storage containers for leftovers and pots, pans, plates, silverware for cooking. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella, but the owner had some available in the condo for use. The resort had an excellent cabana with cocktails and food. Beach service was offered to maximize time in the sand and sun. Resort is located conveniently near grocery stores and restaurants and the staff was helpful and courteous. Grounds were clean and family oriented. We are planning to make this an annual trip and I will definitely stay here again!

I never received the door code for entry to the room. When we arrived, I called the owner and he said his wife forgot to send it. Also, he couldn’t send me a code at that time because he said the code to generating system was down. We had to cancel And luckily pelican beat resort got us into another room.

First family beach trip

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The view was absolutely stunning — we spent every morning and evening on the balcony soaking it in. The kids had the best time! They loved the beach, the pool, and how close everything was. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway. The host was kind and responsive, and made everything super easy. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

This rental is in the perfect location with easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants and convenience stores. The unit has everything you need for a long term stay. The bed is super comfortable. Instructions on how to use the TV would be helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

The Beach

As I approached ninety, I wanted a chance to just sit and watch the water on a beach. Since the sand is a bit hard for me to navigate, the balcony at this property was ideal. I sat for many hours, just watching the water and listening to the surf.The property was very comfortable and clean, and it was easy to navigate inside except for one issue. I did not use the tub because I felt very unsure of my footing. I did use the shower which seemed safer, but it might be a good idea to consider some safety additions for the tub.All in all, I had a wonderful time. My children and grandchildren were staying at other places on the property, so we got together often, and especially enjoyed the big pool.

Great Location

We stayed in 507 at Pelican Beach Resort. The unit was impressively clean. Great view of pool and beach. Location is perfect and you get access to garage parking. The bed was very comfortable, but the closet door in the master bedroom, which was strange. The biggest potential issue to be aware of is the limited beach area for beach service. Chairs and umbrellas can be 4 rows deep. If you want a front row setup, you should reserve in advance. It was 2 days before arrival when I discovered this. By that time there were no front row chairs. So we reserved chairs and umbrella at the beach behind the Back Porch a few blocks down the road. We enjoyed that area.
