This newly renovated unit sleeps 6 comfortably. In addition to an indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, and 2 hot tubs, this resort has a NEW beachfront pool and a new 14 person hot tub. The resort has a cafe and a Tiki Hut next to the beach. Located in the heart of Destin, you are close to a variety of restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

We had a great stay- the room was just as described and communication on check in process made everything very smooth. We loved the view from balcony and the room had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and shower had great water pressure. The tiki bar and pelican cafe were nice to have right on site. Would stay again.

Condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. It is definitely not crowded during the second week in September. We were able to use the pool and find open chairs everyday. Restaurants are all around the area and the boardwalk wasn’t busy either!

We had a great stay at Pelican Beach Resort! The host was a great communicator and the condo was clean and perfect for the 4 of us! We loved the gulf view from the balcony and the ease to get to and from the beach! The pools were very nice and clean and the tiki bar was great for an early evening drink! We would definitely rent here again!

This condo was a wonderful stay! The beach chair service was great, loved the cafe food options for breakfast and lunch, as well as the tiki hut convenience on the beach! Kids took advantage of the pools and hot tub. Unit was very clean and I appreciated the leftover previous guest sunscreen. This was a last minute get away and it was easy, comfortable, clean and wonderfully relaxing!!

Perfect Location

We loved the area. 30 mins from Airport, stopped and got groceries 2 mins from condo. Ocean view was perfect for morning. The condo was perfect for me and my boyfriend and quick access to beach and pools. Bigger pool was busy with kids, smaller one was perfect for us, less little kids because deeper. The Tiki hut was perfect for drinks and mid day snack. Then uber ride down to Harbor to tonssss of restaurants and bars. The condo had 2 beach chairs and mat/umbrella if needed. All in all, we loved destin. Crab island is a must. So funnnnn. We saw dolphins and enjoyed the clear water! We will be back.

Well-equipped condo - great location

The condo is well equipped in the kitchen and some bath towels were provided. You may want to pack extra if you have more than 4 people staying, especially wash cloths. Excellent location in Destin and the beach was so nice! Would recommend and we would definitely stay here again. Joan the property owner was quick to respond to any of my messages too. Overall, it was a good experience.

Fantastic condo!

This was a quick weekend getaway for our family and the condo was perfect! Joan was responsive and always answered our questions. The check in process was efficient and the condo was exactly as described. Very clean and it had everything we needed. The views of the beach from the balcony were perfect! The walk to the beach was super quick and the location of the condo was very close to lots of shopping and dining. Would love to stay here again!

Family getaway

We absolutely loved our condo and the property owner. Everything on that end was wonderful and the owner was very accommodating. The resort was very clean and there were workers constantly making sure everything was clean. Our only complaint was the pool. Very strict on drinks near the pool and they closed the pool down very easily for weather and weren’t quick to reopen.

Perfect location, great condo

We really loved our stay. The condo was very clean, with soft, new looking linens on all the beds. It was equipped with a wide array of cookware, all in new condition, plenty of tableware and food storage for what we were needing. The view from the balcony was fantastic and I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and ease of getting from the condo to the 2 main pools on the property and the beach. The condo owner was quick to get back to us and very friendly and accommodating. We definitely plan to stay here again!

The property was absolutely perfect for my family. The unit itself was very clean and well furnished. It offered great unobstructed views of the beach from the balcony and the sunsets were beautiful looking out from the entry. The resort itself was also great- the zero entry pool was the kids’ favorite and I was impressed with how well maintained the entire property grounds were - even the grills were clean! Drinks and food were even better than expected and good value. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Nice on-beach property

The condo was very nice overall and wonderfully located. Staff was friendly and inviting. The interior decor was inviting, fresh, and up-to-date...you definitely felt as if you were at the beach! Check-in was a breeze, and the communication with the owner was timely and responsive. Improvements needed: Lysol wipes revealed that kitchen island countertop had not been cleaned properly for some time. Skillets and kitchen cutlery need to be replaced- very worn. Patio furniture was filthy and tied everywhere with yellow caution tape. I had to spend time wiping down the furniture to clean it and removing the tape so we could enjoy the patio (it was plastic patio furniture). Quite off-putting.

Family vacation

Great place to stay! Weather wasn’t great for us we didn’t enjoy the beach much. But I would recommend renting chairs! We didn’t because the water was still chilly! Condo was clean and roomy! Balcony was a great view! Would definitely recommend staying here! We had 2 adults 4 kids range from 10-18! Pools are great also! Roads are very busy around here but it’s a happening spot! So be prepared for that! We did drive down to Ft Walton (short trip) and walked on those beaches as well! Would be great when weather is warmer!
