Breakers East 102-Gulf Front 2 BR/2 BA/Covered Parking- Beach setup included

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #102 is a very spacious unit remodeled 2023 two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 1st floor of the breakers east on the beach. Reserved, covered parking space on ground level directly beneath the condo for your convenience. Spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: Master bedroom- King size bed blackout drapes, cable TV. Second bedroom has two queen sizes beds.
Kitchen fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer in condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella)- (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Destin beach condo

Check-in was a breeze. Covered parking spot was nice and directly underneath the condo. Very spacious and well appointed unit for the three of us. Balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Private beach access with a daily beach setup of an umbrella and two chairs. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Fun

We had a wonderful stay at your place! We came in 2 days early for our week long vacation and could have stayed here the entire time. Beautiful decor, close to the beach and pool. Would love to stay again.

Classy, convenient, condo!

This condo was everything I wanted and more. Steps away to a private beach area. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. I loved the seating area in the master bath. The interior design was very classy. The kitchen was very spacious and beautifully designed. The beds were very comfortable too. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops. We walked to Alvin's souvenir shop. The nearby covered parking spot was an added bonus. We thoroughly appreciated the additional umbrell and two chairs they reserved for us during our stay as well. We'll be back again!

Beach Bliss!

We are traditionally an Outer Banks, NC vacation family. We decided to try Destin this year and chose to stay at the Breakers East. We typically rent a single family home on the beach so a condo stay for us was a little out of the norm and we were a tad apprehensive. We couldn't have been more pleased with the Breakers East and the staff. The conditions from top to bottom were as advertised and exceeded our expectations. The beach was beautiful, the water was crystal clear, the chair service was prompt and courteous, the pool was clean and warm, the grills were cleaned daily, the grounds were very well maintained. I cannot think of a single thing that was not everything we had hoped for. We were so pleased that we have booked another stay for September in the same unit. For the price and convenience Breakers East is a WIN! Thank you from my family to yours.

Great Condo!

I highly recommend this condo, especially for families! The booking process was smooth, and the check-in instructions were detailed and extremely helpful.The condo itself was immaculate—very modern, spacious, and offering an amazing view! The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough dishes and cooking supplies, and I especially loved the coffee pot/K-Cup combo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were generously sized, with plenty of storage, an abundance of towels, and even hangers in every closet, which was a nice touch. The master shower was incredible!The beds were comfortable overall. I also really appreciated the numerous extra blankets throughout the condo!The living room TV was HUGE. The internet was easy to connect to and very reliable. The balcony was spacious, though the furniture out there was a bit outdated.The covered parking spot was a bonus—very close to both the stairs and elevators, which were very quick. The pool was heated and had plenty of seating. Beach access was convenient, just over a footbridge with showers/hoses for rinsing off sand. The included umbrella and chair setup on the beach was a fantastic perk!The condo is also in a great location, Starbucks and Chick-fil-A were right across the street, and Dunkin’ was right next door.One of the best things we did was pre-order our groceries. The condo staff picked them up and had everything put away before we arrived.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Stay

So convenient with parking and staircase right at our door for easy access to beach. Heated pool and balcony were an added bonus. Ocean view was amazing from inside. Spacious and just perfect. We will be back!

Beautiful condo! Pictures are current on site and was even nicer in person. The location was wonderful as it was just one flight down the stairs - no need to wait on the elevator. We will be back for sure!

Great location!

Property is wonderful. We had stayed in the spring with my sister and brother in law, liked it so much we went back again. Last time the dryer wasn’t working right but noticed a new dryer this stay and it worked very well. Also when we arrived this time there was no toilet paper but thinking that when they cleaned the room they had just gotten sidetracked and had forgotten to replace the empty rolls. I will say that the screens all need repaired and some painting of the actual property needs done as well, but as for our room and the property it was clean.

Great location, easy access to beach, lowest level condo!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Breakers East and this condo was located on the first floor (the lowest level) and was very easy to get to using either the elevator or stairs. It was very easy to get our luggage to, as well as very easy to get to the beach or the pool with little ones!! The condo was clean and well kept and we enjoyed our week stay. I will note that aside from grocery shopping (if you plan to cook alot there) make sure you have foil, salt, pepper and any little things you may possibly need. This condo worked perfect for our family of 6 and we were extremely happy we booked Breakers East, as the beach wasn't nearly as crowded there compared to some of the others. We would definitely go back and stay again! Destin is beautiful ❀

Loved it!

This was my first trip to Destin, so I wanted something that was close to the beach, but not on the 10th floor of a hotel, and this definitely fit the bill! The condo was beautiful, location was perfect and easily accessible from the covered parking. The balcony had a great view of the beach and pool. The rooms were clean and updated, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and I loved the master shower! The location was great; the traffic was not! I would definitely book this unit again!

Family vacation 2023

I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here! We had plenty of towels provided for us more than I expected. The beds were comfortable enough. Location was great close to a lot of fast food, restaurants, gas stations, fun activities for kids/family/adults, and shopping. The unit we stayed in was clean and spacious. Loved that we were on the first floor, right on the beautiful beach, and right above the pool. I could watch my daughter in the pool from our balcony which was a big plus! One thing I did not like was the floors in the unit still had sand which stuck to my feet and everytime I got into bed I would have to dust my feet off. Not a huge deal it’s impossible to get every piece of sand, it’s expected! Your at the beach! I’m just a picky person when it comes to stuff sticking to my feet off the floor. We also couldn’t find anyone at the front desk for the first day and 1/2 to request our beach service like the description said that was sent to me .We found you don’t go to the front desk no one is never there. You would go on the beach to a small shack where they sell snowcones and let them know you want to get your beach service set up. The best part about that was not having to tell them daily and you can ask them where your set up at they will show you exactly where so your not walking up and down looking for your name. I would definitely come back in the future! ;o)

Fun stay!

Only issues were only having one trash bag and there was no laundry detergent for a week stay. Thankfully we had trash bags in the car and brought on our beach towels (we would've ran out of clean towels), so it was a mood killer. Otherwise, the family had a great time! The condo was comfortable and had a great view from the balcony. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were nice to have on the beach and were truly appreciated!

Great experience!

This unit was great! It was as described and photographed! Very convenient to parking, elevator, and stairs. Literally steps from the pool and the emerald water of the gulf. Beach chair service was perfect. So nice to not have to worry about our beach spot! Balcony is nice and large. Peaceful for morning coffee and wine in the evening! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time on this trip. Highly recommend staying here. Property was very nice!

We came down for my Nephew’s wedding. Nine of us stayed at this property (my family in 102 and my sister’s in 901). Was really convenient having the covered parking spot. The rooms were really nice, well kept and spacious. When we went to the beach the first day we checked in with the guys for chairs. They had us set up all together each day. Didn’t have to check in daily which was great. And as guests leave, the closer you move towards the walkway which was nice. The carts for luggage was so handy. Also glad we took advantage of the option to have grocery order in the condo before we got there. That was fantastic!! Pool was heated, we cooked out one afternoon on the grills. Location is great, so close to everything we wanted to see and do. I highly recommend staying here. We will return for sure.
