"Breakers East 304" Gulf Front 2BR/2BA Beach setup included

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 304 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bath condo located on the 3rd floor of the Breakers East building.

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom - bathtub/shower combination, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has walk-in shower, single vanity; living room - (2) queen size sleeper sofas, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Great place - great location, clean, large unit. Set up is great: plenty of towels,tp, even Kleenex and hand soap at every sink- sometimes it is the little things. Beds very comfy too. Will definitely be back to stay in this unit on future trips to Destin.

Not the cleanest

I had to wash the bedding and vacuum when I got there. There was hair on my pillow, on my sheets, and on the master bathroom floor. The comforter had stains on it. There were two dead bugs on the kitchen floor. There was such a strong mildew smell present that I had to buy odor absorbing charcoal pouches and candles for my stay. After I thoroughly cleaned and paired out the condo, I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect!!!

This condo rental had the space, view and everything you needed. Beachfront, chairs and umbrella service set up everyday by 6am. The resort was the cleanest we have ever stayed at, too. Gated parking lot and drive up covered unloading area. The only thing that you would need is extra t.p., trash bags, paper towels. Fully stocked kitchen utensils, plates, coffee makers and washer/dryer. Pool was super clean and grounds well maintained. I highly recommend this unit and property!

Great spacious accommodation with excellent location!

Beautiful, spacious residence, just as in the pictures. Gorgeous crystal clear water is just outside your backdoor. Not crowded or congested. One beach umbrella and two chairs automatically reserved for you on the beach (you can purchase more if needed). Paddle board and kayak rental available right there. Great location close to all restaurants, water parks, Harborwalk Village, etc.
