Beach-side, low-rise with uncrowded beach!

Imagine yourself relaxing on the patio with coffee or a cocktail enjoying unmatched privacy and gorgeous panoramic views of the beach, pool and the one acre “green” courtyard. This beautiful two bedroom / two bathroom gulf-view, non-smoking unit features a remodeled kitchen, new floors, new patio furniture and new mattresses. Located on the 3rd floor of the B building and within the gates of Silver Dunes Condominiums, 1301B is a safe and carefree spot for your family vacation or beach getaway. Silver Dunes is a unique, non-high-rise property which means delightfully uncrowded beaches and room to relax and play. Beach service is included with rental, featuring large beach umbrella, two beach chairs, and table. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with shower/tub combo; the second bedroom features two double beds and large bath with double sinks. The living room sofa pulls out to make a queen bed, allowing you to sleep up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans, and the unit also has a washer/dryer.

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
