Great Property in a Great Location

My husband and I had a great time at this property. The property was very clean and quiet and the property office had a very friendly and professional staff. Great location with only a short drive to great restaurants and night life. I highly recommend this property!

The fan in the living room did not work nor the TV in the bedroom. We reached out to management and they fixed the TV issue, but not the fan. Otherwise it was a nice place and location.

I would rate the condo a 2.5 star. Overall the Condo complex was nice but the actual condo needs work -needs updates -Ceiling Light and fan didn't work -Ice machine in refrigerator didn't work -DVD player didn't work (rented movies and couldn't watch them) -Microwave worked at times -Owner knew about issues but chose not to fix them and chose not to notify us prior to checking in about the issues. Overall satisfied with the vacation location but dissatisfied with the actual condo we stayed in.

Sandpiper Cove ha sido la mejor experiencia en renta de tipo vacacional que hemos tenido hasta ahora mi familia y yo. Muy bien localizado y cerca de todo (atracciones, restaurantes, supermercados, gasolineras, tiendas de souvenirs). Se puede caminar a todos estos establecimientos si no quieres manejar. El apartamento con una vista muy agradable del canal y campo de golf. Perfecto para una familia de cuatro.

The condo had dirty floors, we founded dog hair, the bed sheets were not clean enough

The condo is fine but I think they should put more emphasis on cleaning and disinfect sheets and bathrooms enough. I spent time cleaning floors and washing sheets and bath mat. Living room furniture looks old as if they had bought it in a goodwill. The facilities of the place and the other areas are very beautiful and well maintained.
