Condo was great for 2 of us . Could be undersized for sleeping capacity of 6 with one smaller bathroom/shower depending on the group renting All cooking equipment and utensils available but no basic seasonings (salt pepper sugar) at all. Could add towel bars/more sizable bathroom hooks for wet bath towel/washcloths. Additional table lamp lighting in living area would Be helpful.Small details that aren’t deal breakers just suggestions Host generously extended departure time upon request at no charge . Very helpful

Enjoyed the clean and nicely furnished 2nd floor unit. Location close to beach. Note that must be able to carry your belongings up 2 flights stairs to unit from parking lot. No elevator. Not suitable for physically handicapped renters. Otherwise, excellent place, photos accurate, and great communication with owner.

The kitchen was not what was listed on Vrbo. The appliances are not stainless steel. The owner needs to update the VRBO account to accurately reflect what the property looks like. The door alarm sensor went off on both the first and last nights of our stay, in the middle of the night - very annoying. If you have back issues, the mattress may not be suitable for you.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect distance from the beach, with only crossing 1 little road, and then the private beach was right there! You can see the beach from the deck. We really enjoyed the layout and coziness of this condo. We have 2 kids and they loved the bunk beds and said the mattresses were very comfy and didn’t want to leave them behind! The addition to a very nice washer and dryer was very helpful. This is such a little thing, but there’s a Shark vacuum available to vacuum up the sand we tracked in! It was helpful in keeping most of the sand from tracking into the rest of the condo. The location was also great- restaurants and shopping were close by. We truly enjoyed staying here while visiting and would recommend others to come stay here!

Place was as advertised and a good overall value. Everything was there that we needed to cook meals. AC worked great! The owner is VERY responsive!!!! Good location. If we visit Destin again, we will very much consider staying here again.

Perfect for a small family!

I do wish there would’ve been a broom/swiffer left for us to use. There is a vacuum that we used but the sand just wasn’t budging sometimes. The beach chairs and umbrella left on the balcony was a perfect touch to our trip and were used everyday!! The condo, was very clean and organized and the perfect amount of space for me and my small family. We cooked everyday, and there was plenty of bakeware/utensils. The shower and bathroom were spotless, and plenty of cubby space for our belongings. We will be staying here again!!!

This was our first visit to Destin and Linda’s condo was a perfect place to stay. Great communication from time of booking to departure. The condo was exactly as described.
