Meticulously maintained, this enchanting waterfront home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and is strategically positioned just one tier away from the Gulf.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

There is a private beach access gate (a key will be provided for your stay). Our private access gate is 2 blocks away (less than a 5-minute walk)!
Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are allowed on the beach. For a fee, there is beach service that will provide chair and umbrella rentals.

Downstairs: has a full second living room area with a stylish wet bar. As well as 2 large bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms. One bedroom opening to the canal facing patio and sandy beach backyard.

Laundry Convenience: Washer and Dryer inside the unit for guest use.
Parking:
Guests have access to ample parking using the one long driveway, accommodating 2-3 cars. No street parking allowed. Guests do not have access to the garage.
The HOA for this community does not allow parking of any trailers in the driveway. This will result in a $100 fine per day. For a fee, Destin Boat Trailer storage can store your trailer.
Other details to note:
Trash days are every Tuesday and Friday. Please make sure you: 1) Bring the trash can to the street the night before; 2) Return the trash bin back inside after pickup occurs.
If the light is out on the thermostat, a sliding glass door is open/ajar. For the AC to function, all sliders and windows must be closed.
There is a private beach access gate (a key will be provided for your stay). Replacement cost for lost key = $200. The beach access key must be left in the kitchen drawer by the coffee machine. Private Beach Access is at Norriego Road and Gulf Shore Drive. You will need to walk, or drop beach-goers off, as there is no parking. Exit the house and turn right on Osceola. Take a right at the stop sign (onto Norriego Road). Walk straight ahead for 2 blocks, cross Gulf Shore Drive, and look for the locked gate.
Guests may enjoy a propane grill during their stay! Please note that while the grill is provided, guests are responsible for propane refills if needed. If the propane tank is low, guests may exchange it at Ace Hardware, Home Depot, or Lowe's.
Bring your water toys, as you can dock your boat at our property's private boat dock. This home also offers dock access on a deep-water canal just off Destin Harbor, with quick boating access to the East Pass and Gulf of Mexico. The slip can accommodate up to two 30-foot boats and one pontoon, or one boat up to 60 feet. There are a couple of options to launch your boat nearby - Joe's Bayou Boat Ramp or Destin Marina.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

This place looks like it was just renovated. It’s bigger than I thought. It’s a beautiful place and having a place to dock our boat was very convenient. I’d rent it again.
