This fifth-floor unit is a newly-remodeled, one-bedroom which is directly on the beach with wonderful views of the ocean and beach. Step outside the building and you are at the beach!! New flooring, drapes, and much more!

Dive in! The new beachside pool at Pelican Beach is NOW OPEN! Just steps from the beach and Tiki bar, poolside will be your favorite place to be! The new facility boasts an expansive pool deck, zero-entry pool, large outdoor spa, bench seating inside the pool, and additional seating around the pool deck. Sit back and relax and have the tiki bar staff bring your food and drinks to you (during peak season)! This pool is in addition to the indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool.

Two EV chargers are available for rent. (Down for parking lot resurfacing until March 2026.)

The unit has new flooring, appliances, and drapes along with many other updates. It has granite counter tops, built-in bunks, new kitchen cabinets, tile back splash, under-cabinet lighting, new bathroom vanities, new furnishings, and much more!! The unit has a 70" smart TV and DVD with streaming capabilities in the living room and a stereo with Bluetooth capabilities. Bedroom is also equipped with a 55" TV and a smart DVD player. The unit has books, games, and family-friendly DVDs. It is nice, bright unit directly on the beach with wonderful views.

The unit has a king-size bed in the newly-decorated, master bedroom, two bunk beds with individually-mounted Roku TVs in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper with Cozy Comfort mattress in the living room. There is an en-suite bathroom in the master with shower/tub combination and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower (remodeled in Nov. 2025).

This unit is stocked with everything needed for a wonderful vacation on the beach. This is "streaming-friendly" condominium offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for work and streaming!

The kitchen is chef-ready and furnished with everything you would need for a great vacation. Linens, dishes, cookware, etc. are furnished. There are both Mr. Coffee and Cuisinart Keurig-compatible coffee makers. There is a rental company on the beach for chairs and umbrellas (not included in rental). Don't forget your beach towels!

This resort has a private beach. The cafe and Tiki bar are open seasonally and you never have to leave the resort. Walmart and Winn Dixie have grocery pickup.

Pelican Beach has a cafe with pastries, breakfast, coffee, pizza, sandwiches, salads, etc. and incidentals such as sunscreen, sodas, beer, and beach toys.

There is also a Tiki bar, gulf-side pool with jets, indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room with new equipment, new grills, and tennis/pickleball courts. Relax and enjoy the beach and have the Tiki Bar and café deliver refreshments to you right at the beach during the summer!! Beach rental service open March 1-October 31. Beach service NOT included with this rental.

There are coin-operated laundry facilities located near unit and elevators on each floor. It has everything you need for a great stay and you never have to leave the property.

Check out the toy box located on the beach before buying beach toys. It is a box where you can borrow sand toys, boogie boards, etc., and return them when you are finished. Or, if you purchase beach items and want to leave them behind for the enjoyment of others, you can place them in the toy box also.

With all of the amenities that the resort has, you never need to leave! But, if you do, there are lots of things within minutes that are fun to do. Harbor Walk is 2.5 miles west with restaurants, shops, children's activities, and fishing charters, jet ski rentals, etc. Destin Commons is 3.7 miles to the east and is full of shops and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 8 miles to the east with shops and restaurants. Sandestin and Grand Blvd. are about 9.5 miles to the east with additional upscale shopping and restaurants.

NO PET POLICY: There is a strict no-pet policy at Pelican Beach Resort.

NO SMOKING POLICY: Pelican Beach Resort is a non-smoking resort (this includes vaping). NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON BALCONY. Smoking will be allowed at the Tiki bar and in parking areas only. Guests will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee if a pet is found in the unit.

**PELICAN BEACH RULES**

"To provide a pleasant and relaxed beach experience for all, the following will be enforced on our beach."
• No tents, canopies, or similar structures allowed on the beach.
• No glass bottles.
• No dogs allowed on the beach or on resort property.
• Private chairs, umbrellas, and cooler set-ups are ONLY allowed behind the beach service set-ups.
• Parents are allowed on a temporary basis and for short periods of time to sit on their chair or towel while watching small children at the water’s edge. However, no coolers, beach bags, or umbrellas are allowed. Please respect the guests in the front row.
• Please keep music to a low volume at which only your immediate area can hear. Everyone likes to relax in different ways, so we ask that you’re respectful to all.
• Please avoid foul language.
• Pelican Beach Resort is a non-smoking property, including the beach. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Smoking areas are clearly marked and permitted near the Tiki Bar and parking garage.
• Before leaving the beach, we ask that you place all trash in garbage cans located at our beach entrance. We appreciate you keeping our beach beautiful.

If your stay is during the busy season, it is advised to reserve your beach setup early.
