Discover the warm, welcoming charm of Condo 308, where beach-cottage décor creates a cozy and relaxing coastal retreat along the beautiful shores of Destin, Florida. This inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is thoughtfully designed for an easy, laid-back vacation.

The unit features plush carpet in the living room and bedrooms, while the kitchen and bathrooms are finished with tile flooring for added convenience. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig to suit every coffee lover. The living room offers a comfortable fabric couch along with a sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping space and a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort, with a private master bathroom that includes a tub. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan, while the guest bathroom also includes a tub.

Step out onto the open-air balcony to take in stunning views of Destin’s sugar-white sand and emerald waters. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunrise over the Gulf, this peaceful outdoor space is ideal for relaxing and soaking in the coastal scenery.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. For 2 years now my husband and I have fought to not continually roll to the center of the bed. You have to cling to the side. Did not get a good night's sleep for four nights!! Please replace it!

Amazing!

The property was great! Close to everything. The complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus! Will definitely be back. We had rough waters for a few days so we couldn't swim in the ocean, wish the pool was bigger, it got crowded.

The shower had mold, the extra blanket dirty/bloody and the full size bed was caved in the middle. Also the balcony has a row of missing tiles. The overall cleanliness of the property was not good and the furniture needs to be updated.

There was mold in the bathrooms and the carpet was really dirty. The mattress in both rooms are probably older then me and need to be replaced, we left early because they were so bad. The beach was beautiful and would stay in that location again if we had a better place to stay.
