Amazing property

I can't wait to book our next trip. Me and my kids with their friends had so much fun! The rooms were spacious for everyone and the property had everything we needed.

The family hot tub was closed and the adult hot tub did not work until the last day we were there. The jets were terrible and it wasn't hot when it was reopened the day before we left.. There was a bar in the parking lot of the hotel, also owned by Emerald Grand, that played loud loud loud music from 10 pm-4 am. We were unable to sleep, even using earplugs. The host was rude when I asked for specifics about items in the kitchen. We had to call three times to get towels after going to the front desk and asking for them there. The condo was clean and beautiful and we loved the bar. The pool was not as large and impressive as described/portrayed. Unfortunately we will not be back.
