This totally renovated unit is our Beach Blessings! This exquisite beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway! This condominium is located on the 18th floor, It’s private balcony offers a gorgeous direct gulf-front view overlooking the gorgeous white Sandy beach and emerald green water of Destin Florida. It is one of the best gulf front views of Destin Beaches, you can see it from our balcony!

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or make a gourmet meal. There is a keurig, and a regular coffee pot for the coffee lovers. With granite countertops, large breakfast bar with expansive views of the emerald water makes this kitchen exceptional.

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool, along with the amazing gulf view.

It is conveniently located near all the amenities.

Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six. The master bedroom with a plush king sized bed, en-suite bathroom. The hallway has custom recessed bunkbeds , with storage underneath the bottom bunk- perfect for younger guests in your party. There is a second full bathroom, with new gorgeous frameless shower. New vinyl flooring throughout the entire unit.

The sofa is also a queen sized sleep sofa.

This condominium is fully stocked with all the linens and towels that you need for your stay.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rivals the best with THREE POOLS, We have the New Zero Entry Pool! We also two addition pools, one pool stays heated. TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man hot tub , tennis courts, pickle ball, newly renovated fitness center, sauna room. We have tiki bar between the beach and pool. They have employees that deliver food and drinks to you! All new EV chargers, on-site cafe, and sundry shop.

This resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin, with the best restaurants and shopping near. Children’s activities, water sports, and a vibrant nightlife

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about this condo as well as the owner. We were fortunate enough to get to meet her while we were there. The resort is absolutely amazing. The last day we were there we actually got to see dolphins in the ocean off the balcony. The place is absolutely beautiful, smelled amazing, great amenities, the staff was all great at this resort. My husband and I got away for a private weekend to just decompress. We are already booking our next stay at this condo. Highly recommend it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stopped with dishes, wine, glasses, wine, openers, etc.
