Our stay was fantastic. Hosts were so helpful and even told us places to go visit and eat and shop at. Basically planned the whole trip for us! The unit was just as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Owners were absolutely fantastic to deal with and made everything easy for us. They provided some great recommendations of their favorite places to go. The balcony view was amazing!! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again next time for sure.

We truly enjoyed this property from an easy walk to the beach, easy walk to dine just overall a great property. We had a minor issue with a running toilet called the front desk and they immediately sent maintenance up and it was fixed. We have found our spot to stay whenever we return to Destin!

Condo was clean and spacious. My girls loved the bunks beds and TV in their room. We thought the Bedroom sliding door was stuck but we were able to finally get it open. Would come here again.

We absolutely loved your condo! It was exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of room for our family of four and included everything we needed for our stay! The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the beach was literally steps from the lobby. The resort property was well cared for and clean. Condo was beautiful & looked exactly as it did in the photos! Very clean, close to an elevator and the views were AMAZING! Owners were awesome & quick to reply to a ceiling leak that happened & then sent us a nice gift card to spend in the cafeThis is my 2nd time to this resort and first time to this condo and I would stay in their condo again & again! Great trip!! Close to shopping, grocery and harbor wasn’t to far. Rented the beach chairs for a few days of relaxing went to Crab Island on a pontoon. Only thing I would suggest is to bring spices if you want to cook in the condo & bring laundry soap to wash clothes if needed.

Great condo, even better in person!

Great 2 bedroom condo! Love the 12th floor location and that it’s just off the corner so on the balcony you don’t see the other balconies. Condo is bigger in person than the pictures. Nicely updated, love the in unit washer and dryer. Only recommendation to the owners is the master shower would be great if that had been updated as well and if the balcony had better sitting furniture but honestly can’t complain about anything. Very clean and nicely decorated, would stay here again for sure! Thank you!

Girls trip to paradise!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We checked in so early at like noon when we arrived it was ready. Our room was super nice. Loved decor and the view is paradise. We only see each other about once a year and this trip was so good we are ready to book for next year. Only con is that we really wished the bath shower in master bedroom had been updated as well. It’s looking pretty brownish

The property was in a great location! The unit looked like the pictures and was stocked very well with all we needed. The building could get a little busy depending on the time of week and with only 4 elevators was a little slow sometimes, but overall it was not something that put any kind of damper on our trip. I would recommend for sure!

Great rental!!

We loved this newly renovated rental!! It was a great spot with a private beach and cafe/bar on site! The food was good and convenience too. There are three pools and great activities and restaurants all around this area. We loved the view from the balcony, it is the larger balcony in this building. The beds were comfortable and our kids had the perfect setup with a bunk bed and on-suite bathroom. I loved having laundry in the unit since we only packed one set of towels. Overall, amazing spot! Definitely would come again!
