Welcome to Unit 220, a stylish and contemporary beachfront condo located on the sunset side of Destin’s beautiful Gulf Coast. This elegant retreat offers a refined Gulf Coast–contemporary feel and features tile flooring throughout, creating a clean and breezy beachside atmosphere.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops, newer stainless steel appliances, and convenient small appliances including a toaster, blender, and both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring an oversized luxury leather sectional sofa, a ceiling fan, and a 60” TV with a DVD player—perfect for movie nights or watching your favorite game. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy breathtaking Gulf views and unforgettable sunset skies.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a king-size Serta Perfect Sleeper bed with a plush Euro top and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. A queen-size Murphy bed provides additional sleeping space when needed.

Unit 220 offers easy access from the parking lot and is just steps from the beach, allowing you to quickly enjoy the pristine white sand and crystal-clear Gulf waters.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

Beautiful beach property!

We had a short but wonderful stay. The beach was beautiful. It was peaceful and offered everything we were promised and all we could ask for. We enjoyed the property location and condo location immensely. Only one flight of stairs and so close to the beach. We plan to go back soon.

Fun Weekend!

I loved the property. It was close to the beach which was nice. Umbrella and chairs were provided. Not a crowded area. Everything we needed was close by with little to no traffic. Glad we chose this place and we will be back.

Nice little place, needs a good cleaning

The check in process was very simple. The room itself needs a little help, bathroom was gross and shower wasn’t cleaned. there were gnats everywhere. Location was good if you like quite and laid back.

It was clean and as advertised. And of course HSRC is in a great location. As always the staff was excellent. We had an issue with a temperature sensor on the stove and maintenance came to the room and fixed it immediately.

Great location

The location is great both relevant to Destin as well as in the building. Being on the 2nd floor near the stairs towards the end, you have a great view of the water that is much closer than rooms situated closer to the inside of the "V" shaped building. Additionally, the room is a very short walk to the stairs and beach. The room is okay. The master bedroom is decent, although the TV in a cabinet to the side is basically useless since you can't see it from the bed. The bed is comfortable, although not great. The furniture in the living room is okay, and the TV is amazing for this size unit. The murphy bed is also great as it is much comfier and easier to use than a sleeper sofa, although as an adult, I still would not be able to sleep on it compared to a real bed, although it is perfectly fine for teenagers and younger. The kitchen needs more stuff (missing a lot of essentials), there aren't enough cups, plates, pans, etc., and the stuff is outdated. Their is a Keurig, which I wish the listing mentioned. Also, the toaster doesn't work and is basically a fire hazard. Overall, would stay in unit again, although it needs updated kitchen essentials.

"Luxury" is a big stretch

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lights flickered in all the rooms and several outlets didn't work properly. An even larger safety concern than the shoddy electrical was the stove, good lord! The numbers and symbols on the knobs were 90% gone (where? who knows!) so you have no clue which knob goes to which burner and how hot you've made it. Trial and error resulted in an actual flame coming up from a glass top stove which I have never seen in my life. I suppose if you don't need lights and don't plan to cook in, it's a great experience! Everything was clean enough and the unit's proximity to the stairs and boardwalk was very convenient. The "first come, first serve" nature of the beach chairs was an interesting take...not super charming to have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a front row view. 3/5 stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit location keeps us coming back. It is right next to the stairs, at the 2nd floor, you have an amazing view of the ocean without many stairs to climb, and the location at the end makes it quiet and close to the beach. We also enjoy having a murphy bed instead of a sleeper sofa to rely on (although it has that too) as it is comfier and easier to use. However, the unit really really needs a refresh. The cabinets, toilet, and many items are starting to show their age. The unit is comfy and the bed is huge. However, Holiday Surf and Rac. really need to figure out a consistent way to provide two chairs per unit. Beach chair attendants were allowing a family reunion to reserve over 20 chairs at a time in the front without even visiting, definitely exceeding the "2" per unit amount. I'm assuming they paid a hefty tip to the attendants to have them reserve it for them. There was no oversight. This isn't the unit's fault, but the resorts.
