Best beach view/access, but an underwhelming unit

Location on the beach was great and private! Getting into the building parking lot from the main road is tricky, if you are coming down the same side as the building. It is even worse if you are trying to make a U turn into the building. Wish the unit was updated to be somewhat in this decade or the previous decade. Other than making sure it is clean, the unit neglects basic items which needed to be replaced years ago.

Review

I was first disappointed at the fact that I arrived at the place 30 minutes before check in and was told that I couldn't check in because the unit wasn't ready. This has never happened to me and I've been staying in all types of different places for the past 50 years. Next I can understand putting the dishes in the dishwasher and starting the cycle but I feel that for the amount of money that was charged for cleaning and the place that I should not have had to empty the trash. I always keep the places neat when I leave so that except for taking out the trash there wasn't much else that they would have to do.

Good not great!

Let me first say that we LOVED our vacation at this condo! There are just a few reasons it doesn’t get a 5star! First- when we checked in it looked as though the floors hadn’t been cleaned, the coffee pot was still full of used coffee, and the bathroom had stuffed left from previous renters. That being said I contacted the owner and they had someone come clean the floors. Secondly - the lighting is super odd. Very few overhead lights and a lot of lamps. Not the easiest to turn on every morning. And lastly - the outdoor furniture. I’m one to sit in the balcony a lot of the time at the beach & the huge balcony made this super nice but the furniture had some really and rust on it and was falling apart. Other than that we LOVED the location, how small the condo is so you get lots of beach room, and we loved the pool!

Great place with great balcony, but dirty floors.

The condo was great. It was close to the beach and easy access. There are many stores near by and places to eat. We felt safe in this area. The one draw back was how dirty the floors were in the condo. Our socks and feet were black. I understand that sand and such will be brought in, but this was beyond that. The management was easy to contact, but no cleaning took place. Such a great place. Such a shame.

Family Vacation

We stayed a week with our adult children. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was large enough for several of us to be able to prep food together. The beach views are spectacular and the private balcony was large enough for all 5 of us to sit out on and enjoy the views. There is umbrella and beach chair service available and their private beach is not as crowded as the larger condos. The pool is beautiful and clean. The grills are all charcoal grills that are cleaned every morning. If there is a drawback, this condo does not have a hot tub, but that will not prevent us from being return customers.

Sand, sea, sun!

Condo on the beach with a fantastic view of the Gulf and the sound of the waves. Clean and tidy. Enough dishes and cutlery. Well furnished. Some waiting time for elevator as only one was working. Close to many restaurants. Highly recommend; would go again.
