Our condo has been renovated with beautiful tile, newly painted, contemporary and plush living room and dining room furnishings, area rugs, and luxurious bedding. All the amenities you could dream of for your time on the coast. ! The condo includes a King Bed in the Primary with a private bathroom, a new queen Cozy Mattress® Sleeper Sofa, and two built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Plenty of room for 6 people!

The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment!

From your spacious 17th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools--one zero entry/splash kids zone. We loved the condo and how we could run down to the pool or beach whenever we wanted to. We spent a lot of time at the beach or on the balcony. We also loved how we could walk to go grab food, ice cream, or coffee! Overall, it was a great and relaxing vacation!

Great location in Destin. Awesome beach access, the tiki bar and staff were awesome. View from 17th floor was nice, downside was half the elevators were down so it took a little long to go up and down. Love the Destin area though. Great spring break! The family loved it.
