This one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with hall bunk beds has everything that you would ever need. Beautiful wood floors and welcoming décor will make your beach vacation complete. This unit is very accommodating, including a washer/dryer combo and fully stocked kitchen. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and hall bunk beds for a pleasant stay for up to 5 guests. Queen size sleeper sofa that will accommodate your sleepy guests. Smart flat screen televisions are located in the bedroom and living room, which include cable. Wi-Fi is also available in the condo to stay connected to all of your smart devices.

Step out onto the private balcony for a relaxing view overlooking the pool and hot tub, surrounding scenic area, and the beautiful emerald coast containing the whitest sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf. Located on the balcony is a patio box that contains beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay!

This condo is in the middle of exciting shopping and dining. Beach access is located at Tarpon or Pompano Beach Trail, offering beach activities like banana boat or kayaking, and even parasailing.

1. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
2. Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. No buses, trailers, or boats allowed in those spaces.
3. Guest entry instructions: This unit utilizes an E-Lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter that is changed with each guest and will be unique to the renter's last four cellphone numbers.

We needed a quick and nice place to stay close to the beach as we were passing through. This place checked out right across the street from the beach and close location to our favorite restaurant!! Communication was great checkin process was easy and got a great nights sleep! Thank you!!

ReviewWe love the proximity to the beach. There needs to be a curtain over the bedroom window for those who like blackout. The light from the walkway outside shines directly into the window which the bed faces. Love that there was a box fan available in the closet. Helped us sleep a little. Would have preferred a book of some sort with local favorites, things to do, or information about which beach access point to use/where the dumpster is located/etc. Suggest having a magnifying mirror for us old folks to use in the bathroom. Love that the vacuum was easily accessible for the sand.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful experience in Destin! We were just a very short walk, like across the street, from the beautiful beach. The location was only a few miles from great places to shop and eat. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed! We are already looking at dates to return!

Family getaway

Our whole family now refers to this property as our beach house! Two young adults in our family are planning to fly down to Alabama again and travel to "our beach house" again for a couple of days. What a beautiful time we had!

We loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and the location was amazing! We never felt unsafe! The gate codes kept everyone but guest out of the pool area! There were many times we felt like we had a private pool

Will be our go to each year

We were so pleased from the moment we walked in until we left (which we didn’t want to do). Everything was so clean and staged nicely. The property was very well kept and so close to the beach. We absolutely loved it. This was literally the best vacation that me and the kids have had yet. There will be no need to look for another location to book for next year. I think we’ll just stay longer next time.
