Everything was amazing!! From the time we got there to the time we packed up and left. The staff is great, room was clean and fresh. Pool area was nice and well kept, I have no complaints at all!

Great spot for a family

Overall this is a great place to stay. You're close to everything and for the most part, you have what you need. The unit is clean and in great condition. That said, there are two things that would have made our stay better. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was surprising there were no cleaning supplies at all, though. Nothing to use other than a sink full of dishwater. Wiping down the bathroom counter or the dining table with some type of cleaning solution would have been a nice option. Also we did a fair amount of cooking and the knives were downright dangerous. I'm not sure the property can do much about negligent and disrespectful adults but someone has got to address parents who let their kids splash and swim in the hot tub. By midweek, you just accept the fact that it's not a place to relax and either deal with it or avoid it. Again, it was a great week of vacation so it's hard to be critical. Take care of these few things and it's 5 stars for me.

Nice property!! Beautiful unit. Dishes were dirty in drawers and cabinets, but I'm sure it was just an oversight of houskeeping accidentally unloading a dishwasher that hadn't been run. Overall, we would stay again. Nice location central to everything fun and Henderson Beach is right across the street!

Condo and resort is Nice but... (KIDS/KIDS/KIDS)

Condo is clean and nice. Good view. Secure! 2nd bedroom is bunk beds. Not here for tv, but the master has a 24" and the 2nd bedroom tv did not work. Well appointed Kitchen. No hair dryer. Resort is nice but smaller than pictures present. In June/July/Aug, all the parents bring their 12 and under kids and set them free while they get drunk. Its overwhelmed with kids... So resort is far from relaxing for adults and mature teens. So we went to the beach. Shuttle available but you better drive. Its not a walk to the beach. Its miles away. Henderson beach was good but we went to the Boardwalk area in Fort Walton and that was better. Save the trip and money and just stay in Ft Walton if you have teens or want adult peace.
